Is not the cup of thanksgiving for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ?

在他們吃的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝福了，就掰開，遞給門徒們，說：「你們領受吃吧，這是我的身體。」接著，他拿起杯來，祝謝了，遞給他們，說：「你們都來喝，因為這是我的血，是為立約的，為許多人所流的，使罪得赦免。

他們在使徒們的教導上，在契合、掰餅、禱告之事上恆切專心。

但如果我們在光明中行走，就像神在光明中那樣，我們就是彼此相契合的；而且神的兒子耶穌的血也潔淨我們脫離一切的罪。

我當時傳授給你們的是我從主所領受的：主耶穌在被出賣的那一夜，拿起餅來，祝謝了，就掰開，說：「這是我的身體，為了你們的緣故；你們應當如此行，為的是記念我。」晚餐後，他也照樣拿起杯來，說：「這杯是用我的血所立的新約。你們每逢喝的時候，應當如此行，為的是記念我。」你們每逢吃這餅、喝這杯，就是傳揚主的死，直到主來。因此無論誰，不合宜地吃主的餅、喝主的杯，就是干犯主的身體、主的血。這樣，一個人應當省察自己，然後才吃這餅、喝這杯。因為那吃喝的人，如果不分辨主的身體，就是吃喝對自己的懲罰了。

他們同心合意，不但天天恆切地在聖殿聚集，還在各家各戶掰餅。他們懷著喜樂和誠懇的心用飯，

神是信實的；你們已經被他召喚，進到與他的兒子——我們主耶穌基督的契合裡。

他又拿起餅來，祝謝了，掰開遞給他們，說：「這是我的身體，為你們獻上的；你們應當如此行，為的是記念我。」晚餐後，他也照樣拿起杯來，說：「這杯是用我的血所立的新約，為你們所流的。

在一週的頭一天，門徒們聚集掰餅的時候，保羅向他們講論，因第二天就要離開，於是一直講到半夜。

不，我是說，外邦人所獻的祭是獻給鬼魔的，不是獻給神的；而我不願意你們成為與鬼魔有份的人。你們不能既喝主的杯，又喝鬼魔的杯；不能既吃主的筵席，又吃鬼魔的筵席。

因為我們如果把那起初的確信，堅定地持守到底，我們就成為基督的同伴了。

保羅再上去，掰餅吃了，又交談了許久，直到天亮才出發。

耶穌說：「我確確實實地告訴你們：如果你們不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，你們裡面就沒有生命。吃我肉、喝我血的人，就有永恆的生命，在末日我還要使他復活；因為我的肉是真食物，我的血是真飲物。吃我肉、喝我血的人，住在我裡面，我也住在他裡面。永生的父怎樣差派了我，我又因父而活，照樣，以我為食的人也將因我而活。這才是從天上降下來的糧，不像嗎哪。你們的祖先吃過嗎哪還是死了，而吃這糧的人就將活著，直到永遠。」

我們把所看到、所聽到的也向你們宣揚，好使你們也能夠與我們相契合；而我們又是與父和他的兒子耶穌基督相契合的。

實際上，我們受洗也都是藉著一位聖靈成為一個身體——無論是猶太人或外邦人，無論是奴隸或自由人——並且我們都是受了一位聖靈的澆灌。

在他們吃的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝福了，就掰開，遞給門徒們，說：「你們領受吧，這是我的身體。」接著，他拿起杯來，祝謝了，遞給門徒們。他們都喝了。耶穌對他們說：「這是我的血，是為立約的，為許多人所流的。我確實地告訴你們：我絕不再喝這葡萄汁，直到我在神的國裡喝新的那一天。」
