You, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind; for Yahweh searches all hearts, and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off forever.

“ And you, my son Solomon, acknowledge the God of your father, and serve him with wholehearted devotion and with a willing mind, for the Lord searches every heart and understands every desire and every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever.

“ My son Solomon, always remember the God of your father. Serve him with all your heart. Do it with a mind that wants to obey him. The Lord looks deep down inside every heart. He understands every desire and every thought. If you look to him, you will find him. But if you desert him, he will turn his back on you forever.

“ And you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind, for the Lord searches all hearts and understands every plan and thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will cast you off forever.

“ And Solomon, my son, learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. Worship and serve him with your whole heart and a willing mind. For the Lord sees every heart and knows every plan and thought. If you seek him, you will find him. But if you forsake him, he will reject you forever.

“ As for you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve him wholeheartedly and with a willing mind, for the LORD searches every heart and understands the intention of every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you abandon him, he will reject you forever.

“ And you, Solomon my son, obey the God of your father and serve him with a submissive attitude and a willing spirit, for the LORD examines all minds and understands every motive of one’s thoughts. If you seek him, he will let you find him, but if you abandon him, he will reject you permanently.

You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.

Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners. Purify your hearts, you double- minded.Lament, mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom.Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you.Don’t speak against one another, brothers. He who speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge.

Seek Yahweh while he may be found. Call on him while he is near.Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him, to our God, for he will freely pardon.

“ Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.

I will give them a heart to know me, that I am Yahweh. They will be my people, and I will be their God; for they will return to me with their whole heart.

“ Let your heart therefore be perfect with Yahweh our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as it is today.”

My son, if you will receive my words, and store up my commandments within you,so as to turn your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding;yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding;if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures:then you will understand the fear of Yahweh, and find the knowledge of God.For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.

and he went out to meet Asa, and said to him,“ Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin! Yahweh is with you, while you are with him; and if you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.

Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek you.

But Yahweh said to Samuel,“ Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.”

God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

“ I, Yahweh, search the mind. I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.”

You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar.

But the righteous will live by faith. If he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.”But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul.

But let him who glories glory in this, that he has understanding, and knows me, that I am Yahweh who exercises loving kindness, justice, and righteousness, in the earth; for I delight in these things,” says Yahweh.

Hear Yahweh’s word, you children of Israel; for Yahweh has a charge against the inhabitants of the land:“ Indeed there is no truth, nor goodness, nor knowledge of God in the land.

This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.

I know also, my God, that you try the heart, and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things. Now I have seen with joy your people, who are present here, offer willingly to you.Yahweh, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Israel, our fathers, keep this desire forever in the thoughts of the heart of your people, and prepare their heart for you;and give to Solomon my son a perfect heart, to keep your commandments, your testimonies, and your statutes, and to do all these things, and to build the palace, for which I have made provision.”

I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness. I didn’t say to the offspring of Jacob,‘ Seek me in vain.’ I, Yahweh, speak righteousness. I declare things that are right.

They will no longer each teach his neighbor, and every man teach his brother, saying,‘ Know Yahweh;’ for they will all know me, from their least to their greatest,” says Yahweh:“ for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

But if you turn away from following me, you or your children, and not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them;then I will cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and I will cast this house, which I have made holy for my name, out of my sight; and Israel will be a proverb and a byword among all peoples.Though this house is so high, yet everyone who passes by it will be astonished and hiss; and they will say,‘ Why has Yahweh done this to this land, and to this house?’and they will answer,‘ Because they abandoned Yahweh their God, who brought their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and embraced other gods, and worshiped them, and served them. Therefore Yahweh has brought all this evil on them.’”

“ Remember now, Yahweh, I beg you, how I have walked before you in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.

Yah is my strength and song. He has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise him; my father’s God, and I will exalt him.

Then the people rejoiced, because they offered willingly, because with a perfect heart they offered willingly to Yahweh; and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.

He judged the cause of the poor and needy; so it was well, then. Wasn’t this to know me?” says Yahweh.

then hear in heaven, your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and give to every man according to all his ways, whose heart you know( for you, even you only, know the hearts of all the children of men);

I will be careful to live a blameless life. When will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a blameless heart.

The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked. But now he commands that all people everywhere should repent,

There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account.

Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous; their minds and hearts are searched by the righteous God.

It will happen, when many evils and troubles have come on them, that this song will testify before them as a witness; for it will not be forgotten out of the mouths of their descendants; for I know their ways and what they are doing today, before I have brought them into the land which I promised them.”

He did that which was right in Yahweh’s eyes, and walked in all the way of David his father, and didn’t turn away to the right hand or to the left.

Therefore, receiving a Kingdom that can’t be shaken, let’s have grace, through which we serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe,

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you may be no priest to me. Because you have forgotten your God’s law, I will also forget your children.

They prayed and said,“ You, Lord, who know the hearts of all men, show which one of these two you have chosen

It was shown to you so that you might know that Yahweh is God. There is no one else besides him.

He said to him the third time,“ Simon, son of Jonah, do you have affection for me?” Peter was grieved because he asked him the third time,“ Do you have affection for me?” He said to him,“ Lord, you know everything. You know that I have affection for you.” Jesus said to him,“ Feed my sheep.

If they listen and serve him, they will spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.But if they don’t listen, they will perish by the sword; they will die without knowledge.

and because he didn’t need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.

seeing it is God who said,“ Light will shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, malice; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil habits, secret slanderers,

For I was ashamed to ask of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy on the way, because we had spoken to the king, saying,“ The hand of our God is on all those who seek him, for good; but his power and his wrath is against all those who forsake him.”

“‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ It will happen in that day that things will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.

Yahweh smelled the pleasant aroma. Yahweh said in his heart,“ I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake because the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth. I will never again strike every living thing, as I have done.

The refining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold, but Yahweh tests the hearts.

For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with this inscription:‘ TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.’ What therefore you worship in ignorance, I announce to you.

Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, exercising the oversight, not under compulsion, but voluntarily, not for dishonest gain, but willingly;

Yahweh said to Moses,“ Behold, you shall sleep with your fathers. This people will rise up and play the prostitute after the strange gods of the land where they go to be among them, and will forsake me and break my covenant which I have made with them.Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall come on them; so that they will say in that day,‘ Haven’t these evils come on us because our God is not among us?’

But, Yahweh of Armies, who judges righteously, who tests the heart and the mind, I will see your vengeance on them; for to you I have revealed my cause.

He will call to me,‘ You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation!’

Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.

Solomon said,“ You have shown to your servant David my father great loving kindness, because he walked before you in truth, in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with you. You have kept for him this great loving kindness, that you have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is today.

But Yahweh of Armies, who tests the righteous, who sees the heart and the mind, let me see your vengeance on them, for I have revealed my cause to you.

Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and said about him,“ Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”

You have not known him, but I know him. If I said,‘ I don’t know him,’ I would be like you, a liar. But I know him and keep his word.

I will kill her children with Death, and all the assemblies will know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts. I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.

But the destruction of transgressors and sinners shall be together, and those who forsake Yahweh shall be consumed.

Behold, Yahweh stood above it, and said,“ I am Yahweh, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac. I will give the land you lie on to you and to your offspring.

Yahweh saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of man’s heart was continually only evil.

For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what you have, not according to what you don’t have.

Wake up righteously, and don’t sin, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.

Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion. for God loves a cheerful giver.

hear in heaven, your dwelling place, and do according to all that the foreigner calls to you for; that all the peoples of the earth may know your name, to fear you, as do your people Israel, and that they may know that this house which I have built is called by your name.
