這二祭司待百姓是這樣的規矩：凡有人獻祭，正煮肉的時候，祭司的僕人就來，手拿三齒的叉子，將叉子往罐裏，或鼎裏，或釜裏，或鍋裏一插，插上來的肉，祭司都取了去。凡上到示羅的以色列人，他們都是這樣看待。

所羅門又造耶和華殿裏的金壇和陳設餅的金桌子；內殿前的精金燈臺：右邊五個，左邊五個，並其上的金花、燈盞、蠟剪，與精金的杯、盤、鑷子、調羹、火鼎，以及至聖所、內殿的門樞，和外殿的門樞。

他的供物是：一個銀盤子，重一百三十舍客勒，一個銀碗，重七十舍客勒，都是按聖所的平，也都盛滿了調油的細麵作素祭；一個金盂，重十舍客勒，盛滿了香；

所羅門王一切的飲器都是金子的。黎巴嫩林宮裏的一切器皿都是精金的。所羅門年間，銀子算不了甚麼。

並精金的燈臺和燈盞，可以照例點在內殿前。燈臺上的花和燈盞，並蠟剪都是金的，且是純金的；又用精金製造鑷子、盤子、調羹、火鼎。至於殿門和至聖所的門扇，並殿的門扇，都是金子妝飾的。
