Is not Jehovah your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Jehovah, and before his people.

“耶和华你们的神不是与你们同在吗？不是叫你们四围都平安吗？因他已将这地的居民交在我手中，这地就在耶和华与他百姓面前制伏了。

“耶和华—你们的上帝不是与你们同在吗？他不是使你们四围都平安吗？因他已将这地的居民交在我手中，这地已在耶和华与他百姓面前制伏了。

“耶和华—你们的神不是与你们同在吗？他不是使你们四围都平安吗？因他已将这地的居民交在我手中，这地已在耶和华与他百姓面前制伏了。

他说：“你们的上帝耶和华与你们同在，使你们四境平安。祂将这地方的居民交在我手中，使这地方被祂和祂的子民治理。

现在你们要立定心意，寻求耶和华你们的神；你们当起来，建造耶和华神的圣所，好把耶和华的约柜和神的神圣器皿，都搬进为耶和华的名所建造的殿宇中。”

現在你們要立定心意，尋求耶和華你們的神；你們當起來，建造耶和華神的聖所，好把耶和華的約櫃和神的神聖器皿，都搬進為耶和華的名所建造的殿宇中。”

現在你們要立定心意尋求永恆主你們的上帝；你們要起來，建造永恆主上帝的聖所，好將永恆主的約櫃和上帝的聖器皿都搬進為永恆主耶和華的名而建造的殿裏。』

爾之上帝耶和華祐爾、賜爾隨在平康、以斯土之民、付我手、使土壤歸耶和華民、

主爾之天主祐爾、賜爾四周平康、以斯地之居民付我手、而使斯地歸主與主之民、

He said to them,“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has he not granted you rest on every side? For he has given the inhabitants of the land into my hands, and the land is subject to the Lord and to his people.

He said to them,“ The Lord your God is with you. He’s given you peace and rest on every side. He’s handed over to me the people who are living in the land. The land has been brought under the control of the Lord and his people.

“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has he not given you peace on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before the Lord and his people.

“ The Lord your God is with you,” he declared.“ He has given you peace with the surrounding nations. He has handed them over to me, and they are now subject to the Lord and his people.

“ The LORD your God is with you, isn’t he? And hasn’t he given you rest on every side? For he has handed the land’s inhabitants over to me, and the land has been subdued before the LORD and his people.

“ Is the Lord your God not with you? And has He not given you rest on every side? For He has handed over to me the inhabitants of the land, and the land is subdued before the Lord and before His people.

“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has He not given you rest on every side? For He has given the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before the Lord and before His people.

“ The Lord your God is with you, isn’t He? And hasn’t He given you rest on every side? For He has handed the land’s inhabitants over to me, and the land has been subdued before the Lord and His people.

[ Is] not the LORD your God with you? and hath he[ not] given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD, and before his people.

He told them,“ The LORD your God is with you! He has made you secure on every side, for he handed over to me the inhabitants of the region and the region is subdued before the LORD and his people.

“ Isn’t Yahweh your God with you? Hasn’t he given you rest on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Yahweh, and before his people.

For David said, Jehovah, the God of Israel, hath given rest unto his people; and he dwelleth in Jerusalem for ever:

Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about; for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days:

And it came to pass, when the king dwelt in his house, and Jehovah had given him rest from all his enemies round about,

And it came to pass after many days, when Jehovah had given rest unto Israel from all their enemies round about, and Joshua was old and well stricken in years;

And now Jehovah your God hath given rest unto your brethren, as he spake unto them: therefore now turn ye, and get you unto your tents, unto the land of your possession, which Moses the servant of Jehovah gave you beyond the Jordan.

But when ye go over the Jordan, and dwell in the land which Jehovah your God causeth you to inherit, and he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;then it shall come to pass that to the place which Jehovah your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there, thither shall ye bring all that I command you: your burnt- offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave- offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto Jehovah.

We have heard with our ears, O God, Our fathers have told us, What work thou didst in their days, In the days of old.Thou didst drive out the nations with thy hand; But them thou didst plant: Thou didst afflict the peoples; But them thou didst spread abroad.For they gat not the land in possession by their own sword, Neither did their own arm save them; But thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, Because thou wast favorable unto them.Thou art my King, O God: Command deliverance for Jacob.Through thee will we push down our adversaries: Through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us.

And David inquired of Jehovah, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into my hand? And Jehovah said unto David, Go up; for I will certainly deliver the Philistines into thy hand.And David came to Baal- perazim, and David smote them there; and he said, Jehovah hath broken mine enemies before me, like the breach of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Baal- perazim.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

And all these kings and their land did Joshua take at one time, because Jehovah, the God of Israel, fought for Israel.

Forgive, I pray thee, the trespass of thy handmaid: for Jehovah will certainly make my lord a sure house, because my lord fighteth the battles of Jehovah; and evil shall not be found in thee all thy days.

So the church throughout all Judæa and Galilee and Samaria had peace, being edified; and, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, was multiplied.

And the angel of Jehovah appeared unto him, and said unto him, Jehovah is with thee, thou mighty man of valor.And Gideon said unto him, Oh, my lord, if Jehovah is with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where are all his wondrous works which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not Jehovah bring us up from Egypt? but now Jehovah hath cast us off, and delivered us into the hand of Midian.And Jehovah looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and save Israel from the hand of Midian: have not I sent thee?

for Jehovah your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
