Wherever I have moved about with all Israel, have I ever spoken a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd My people, saying,‘ Why have you not built Me a house of cedar?’”’

凡我同以色列人所走的地方，我何曾向以色列的一个士师，就是我吩咐牧养我民的说：你为何不给我建造香柏木的殿宇呢？’

凡我與以色列人偕行之地、豈曾語牧我民以色列之士師曰、曷不為我建香柏之室乎、

我與以色列族偕行、不論何所、特簡數人、使牧我民、曷嘗命建柏香木殿、為我居所乎。

凡我偕以色列人行時、以色列之士師、即我所命牧我民者、我何曾謂其一曰、爾何不為我造柏香木之殿乎、

Wherever I have moved with all the Israelites, did I ever say to any of their leaders whom I commanded to shepherd my people,“ Why have you not built me a house of cedar?”’

I have moved from place to place with all the Israelites. I commanded their leaders to be shepherds over my people. I never asked any of those leaders,‘ Why haven’t you built me a house that has beautiful cedar walls?’ ” ’

In all places where I have moved with all Israel, did I speak a word with any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd my people, saying,“ Why have you not built me a house of cedar?”’

Yet no matter where I have gone with the Israelites, I have never once complained to Israel’s leaders, the shepherds of my people. I have never asked them,“ Why haven’t you built me a beautiful cedar house?”’

In all my journeys throughout Israel, have I ever spoken a word to even one of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd my people, asking: Why haven’t you built me a house of cedar?’

In all places where I have walked with all Israel, have I spoken a word with any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd My people, saying,‘ Why have you not built Me a house of cedar?’ ” ’

In all places wherein I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word with any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to be shepherd of my people, saying, Why have ye not built me a house of cedar?

Wheresoever I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people, saying, Why have ye not built me an house of cedars?

Wherever I moved throughout Israel, I did not say to any of the leaders whom I appointed to care for my people Israel,‘ Why have you not built me a house made from cedar?’”’

In all places in which I have walked with all Israel, did I speak a word with any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to be shepherd of my people, saying,‘ Why have you not built me a house of cedar?’”’

Wherever I have moved about with all the children of Israel, have I ever spoken a word to anyone from the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd My people Israel, saying,‘ Why have you not built Me a house of cedar?’”’

And He shall stand and feed His flock In the strength of the Lord, In the majesty of the name of the Lord His God; And they shall abide, For now He shall be great To the ends of the earth;

And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:“ I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.”

So they departed from the mountain of the Lord on a journey of three days; and the ark of the covenant of the Lord went before them for the three days’ journey, to search out a resting place for them.And the cloud of the Lord was above them by day when they went out from the camp.So it was, whenever the ark set out, that Moses said:“ Rise up, O Lord! Let Your enemies be scattered, And let those who hate You flee before You.”And when it rested, he said:“ Return, O Lord, To the many thousands of Israel.”

I will set My tabernacle among you, and My soul shall not abhor you.I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people.

“ Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy and say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord GOD to the shepherds:“ Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

And the Lord sent Jerubbaal, Bedan, Jephthah, and Samuel, and delivered you out of the hand of your enemies on every side; and you dwelt in safety.

‘ But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, Are not the least among the rulers of Judah; For out of you shall come a Ruler Who will shepherd My people Israel.’”

Nevertheless, the Lord raised up judges who delivered them out of the hand of those who plundered them.Yet they would not listen to their judges, but they played the harlot with other gods, and bowed down to them. They turned quickly from the way in which their fathers walked, in obeying the commandments of the Lord; they did not do so.And when the Lord raised up judges for them, the Lord was with the judge and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for the Lord was moved to pity by their groaning because of those who oppressed them and harassed them.

Also, in time past, even when Saul was king, you were the one who led Israel out and brought them in; and the Lord your God said to you,‘ You shall shepherd My people Israel, and be ruler over My people Israel.’”

“ To the angel of the church of Ephesus write,‘ These things says He who holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lampstands:

From following the ewes that had young He brought him, To shepherd Jacob His people, And Israel His inheritance.So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, And guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.

For the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and give your enemies over to you; therefore your camp shall be holy, that He may see no unclean thing among you, and turn away from you.

I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the Lord.

“ After that He gave them judges for about four hundred and fifty years, until Samuel the prophet.

And He said,“ My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”Then he said to Him,“ If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here.

And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys.But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey till the day that it was taken up.For the cloud of the Lord was above the tabernacle by day, and fire was over it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
