所以，各位蒙爱的人哪，你们既然等候这些事，就当努力地使自己被神看做是与他和好、毫无玷污、毫无瑕疵的；

说：“主、神、全能者啊，今在、昔在的那一位啊！我们感谢你！因为你得了你的大权能，做王了。列国发怒了，可是你的震怒临到了，你审判死人的时候到了，你向你的奴仆先知们、圣徒们、敬畏你名的人，无论卑微尊贵，赐报偿的时候到了，你毁灭那些败坏大地之人的时候也到了。”

神要在烈火中报应那些不认识神的人，以及那些不顺从我们主耶稣福音的人；

在那日，主来临的时候，要藉着他的圣徒得着荣耀，又藉着所有的信徒令人惊奇——因为你们相信了我们对你们所做的见证。
