“ Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm.”

曰、我受膏者勿犯之、我之先知勿傷之、

其沐以膏者、不許干犯、其立為先知者、不許惡待。

曰、爾不可淩犯我沐以膏之人、不可惡待我所立之先知、

He said to them,“ Do not touch my anointed ones. Do not harm my prophets.”

saying,“ Touch not my anointed ones, do my prophets no harm!”

“ Do not touch my chosen people, and do not hurt my prophets.”

“ Do not touch my anointed ones or harm my prophets.”

“ Do not touch My anointed ones, And do not harm My prophets.”

Saying,“ Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm.”

Saying, Touch not mine anointed ones, And do my prophets no harm.

“ Do not touch My anointed ones or harm My prophets.”

[ Saying], Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

saying,“ Don’t touch my anointed ones! Don’t harm my prophets!”

“ Don’t touch my anointed ones! Do my prophets no harm!”

Now return the man’s wife, for he is a prophet, and he will pray for you and you will live. But if you do not return her, you may be sure that you and all who belong to you will die.”

“ Judah, your brothers will praise you; your hand will be on the neck of your enemies; your father’s sons will bow down to you.You are a lion’s cub, Judah; you return from the prey, my son. Like a lion he crouches and lies down, like a lioness— who dares to rouse him?The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until he to whom it belongs shall come and the obedience of the nations shall be his.

As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit— just as it has taught you, remain in him.

“ Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm.”

But his father refused and said,“ I know, my son, I know. He too will become a people, and he too will become great. Nevertheless, his younger brother will be greater than he, and his descendants will become a group of nations.”He blessed them that day and said,“ In your name will Israel pronounce this blessing:‘ May God make you like Ephraim and Manasseh.’” So he put Ephraim ahead of Manasseh.

Also, anoint Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and anoint Elisha son of Shaphat from Abel Meholah to succeed you as prophet.

His father Isaac answered him,“ Your dwelling will be away from the earth’s richness, away from the dew of heaven above.You will live by the sword and you will serve your brother. But when you grow restless, you will throw his yoke from off your neck.”
