David and all Israel went to Baalah of Judah( Kiriath Jearim) to bring up from there the ark of God the Lord, who is enthroned between the cherubim— the ark that is called by the Name.

David went to Baalah of Judah. The whole community of Israel went with him. Baalah is also called Kiriath Jearim. All the people went there to get the ark of God the Lord. He sits on his throne between the cherubim. The ark is named after the Lord.

And David and all Israel went up to Baalah, that is, to Kiriath-jearim that belongs to Judah, to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the name of the Lord who sits enthroned above the cherubim.

Then David and all Israel went to Baalah of Judah( also called Kiriath jearim) to bring back the Ark of God, which bears the name of the Lord who is enthroned between the cherubim.

基列巴力、即基列耶琳、拉巴、共二邑、與其鄉里、

爾當慎之、聽從其命、勿干厥怒、彼不宥爾愆、蓋我名在彼、

摩西入會幕、與耶和華言、則聞二基路伯間、法匱施恩座上、有聲與之言、即耶和華與之言也、

引約瑟如羣羊、以色列之牧者歟、尚其傾聽、坐基路伯上者、著其輝光兮、

當為我以土築壇、獻牛羊於其上、以為燔祭、及酬恩祭、凡誌吾名之所、我必臨格、錫嘏於爾、

起而率之至巴拉猶大、欲舁上帝之匱、此匱乃以居基路伯上、萬軍之耶和華名而名者、取上帝之匱、載於新車、自山中亞比拿達室而出、亞比拿達之子烏撒亞希約御車、載匱自亞比拿達室而出、亞希約行於匱前、大衛與以色列家、舞蹈於耶和華前、以松木樂器、及琴瑟鼓鈸鑼作樂、至拿艮禾場、牛蹶、烏撒伸手扶上帝匱、耶和華怒烏撒、因其過而擊之、遂死於上帝匱側、耶和華擊烏撒、大衛不悅、稱其地曰毘列斯烏撒、至於今日、是日大衛畏耶和華、曰、耶和華之匱、何可至我所、故大衛不舁耶和華匱入大衛城、至於己所、乃轉舁至迦特人俄別以東室、耶和華匱在迦特人俄別以東室三月、耶和華錫嘏於俄別以東、及其全家、

居基路伯上、萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝歟、天下萬國、惟爾為上帝、天地為爾所造、

如是以我名加以色列族、我必錫嘏焉、

彼曰、自我導我民以色列出埃及、於以色列支派中、我未嘗簡一邑以建室、為我寄名之所、惟簡大衛、治我民以色列、

耶和華秉權、萬民其戰慄、彼居基路伯上、大地其震動兮、
