So David assembled all Israel, from the Shihor River in Egypt to Lebo Hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim.

David gathered together all the Israelites. They came from the area between the Shihor River in Egypt and Lebo Hamath. They came to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim to Jerusalem.

So David assembled all Israel from the Nile of Egypt to Lebo-hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim.

自押們繞至埃及溪、止於大海、西界大海、北界起於大海、延至何珥山、自何珥山至哈馬郊、延及西達達、

大衛率以色列眾至巴拉、即屬猶大之基列耶琳、欲舁耶和華上帝之匱、此匱乃以居基路伯上、耶和華之名而名者、

所羅門轄諸國、自大河至非利士地、延及埃及境、皆納貢服事所羅門、至其畢生、

自埃及東之西曷溪、北至以革倫界、屬迦南族之地、非利士五伯之迦薩、亞實突、亞實基倫、迦特、以革倫、及南方之亞衛、又迦南全地、屬西頓之米亞拉、至亞弗、及亞摩利界、又迦巴勒人之地、東方之利巴嫩全地、自黑門山麓之巴力迦得、至哈馬道、又自利巴嫩、至米斯利弗瑪音、所有居山之西頓人、我必逐之於以色列人前、當循我命、籤分其地、予以色列人為業、

爾今何為在於埃及之道、以飲西曷之水、何為在於亞述之道、以飲大河之水乎、
