So David assembled all Israel, from the Shihor River in Egypt to Lebo Hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim.

David gathered together all the Israelites. They came from the area between the Shihor River in Egypt and Lebo Hamath. They came to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim to Jerusalem.

So David assembled all Israel from the Nile of Egypt to Lebo-hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim.

So David summoned all Israel, from the Shihor Brook of Egypt in the south all the way to the town of Lebo hamath in the north, to join in bringing the Ark of God from Kiriath jearim.

大闢又簡於以色列族、得軍三萬。

巴比倫王殺之。猶大族被虜之事如此。

自押門沿至埃及河、出於大海、為爾南境。爾境之西、即以大海為限。自大海而往至何耳山、又至哈末、延及西撻、

大闢率以色列族眾至猶大之把拉、即基列耶林、欲自彼舁耶和華上帝之匱、上帝居𠼻𡀔［口氷］間、即籲厥名之所。

所羅門轄眾國、自大河至非利士人地、及埃及境、皆進貢服役、以至於王之畢生。

自埃及西曷至迦南地、以革倫界之北、治非利士人之伯有五、即迦薩、亞實突、以實迦倫、迦特、以革倫是。又有一族、稱亞英者。自迦南之南方、近西頓之米亞拉至亞弗、及亞摩哩人之界。基巴勒地、遍利巴嫩之東、自黑門山麓之巴力伽得、至哈末之道。山地居民、自利巴嫩至蜜利弗馬音、與諸西頓人、我必驅逐於以色列族前、惟爾掣籤、分其地與以色列族為業、循我所命。

爾今或往埃及、飲西曷之水、或往亞述、飲百辣之水、果何為哉。
