So David assembled all Israel, from the Shihor River in Egypt to Lebo Hamath, to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim.

David gathered together all the Israelites. They came from the area between the Shihor River in Egypt and Lebo Hamath. They came to bring the ark of God from Kiriath Jearim to Jerusalem.

那時，所羅門和以色列眾人，就是從哈馬口直到埃及小河所有的以色列人，都聚集成為大會，在耶和華－我們的神面前守節七日又七日，共十四日。

大衛招聚以色列眾人到耶路撒冷，要將耶和華的約櫃擡到他所預備的地方。

巴比倫王就把他們擊殺在哈馬地的利比拉。這樣，猶大人被擄去離開本地。

從押們轉到埃及小河，直通到海為止。「西邊要以大海為界；這就是你們的西界。「北界要從大海起，劃到何珥山，從何珥山劃到哈馬口，通到西達達，

大衛率領以色列眾人上到巴拉，就是屬猶大的基列‧耶琳，要從那裏將約櫃運來。這約櫃就是坐在二基路伯上耶和華神留名的約櫃。

所羅門統管諸國，從大河到非利士地，直到埃及的邊界。所羅門在世的日子，這些國都進貢服事他。

從埃及前的西曷河往北，直到以革倫的境界，就算屬迦南人之地。有非利士人五個首領所管的迦薩人、亞實突人、亞實基倫人、迦特人、以革倫人之地，並有南方亞衛人之地。又有迦南人的全地，並屬西頓人的米亞拉到亞弗，直到亞摩利人的境界。還有迦巴勒人之地，並向日出的全黎巴嫩，就是從黑門山根的巴力‧迦得，直到哈馬口。山地的一切居民，從黎巴嫩直到米斯利弗‧瑪音，就是所有的西頓人，我必在以色列人面前趕出他們去。你只管照我所吩咐的，將這地拈鬮分給以色列人為業。
