Luke 第24章
The Resurrection
124:1 For ver. 1-10, see Matt. 28:1-8; Mark 16:1-8; John 20:1But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, 24:1 ch. 23:56taking the spices they had prepared.
2And they found 24:2 Matt. 27:60; Mark 15:46; [John 11]the stone rolled away from the tomb,
3but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
4While they were perplexed about this, behold, 24:4 John 20:12two 24:4 [Acts 1:10; 10:30]men stood by them in dazzling apparel.
5And as they were 24:5 ver. 37frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?
6He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, 24:6 ch. 9:22, 44; Matt. 17:22, 23; Mark 9:30, 31; [ver. 44]while he was still in Galilee,
724:7 [See ver. 6above] that the Son of Man 24:7 See ch. 13:33must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and 24:7 See Matt. 20:19be crucified and on 24:7 See ch. 9:22the third day rise.”
9and returning from the tomb they 24:9 [John 20:18]told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.
10Now it was 24:10 Matt. 27:56; Mark 15:40, 41Mary Magdalene and 24:10 ch. 8:3Joanna and Mary the mother of James and the other women with them who told these things to the apostles,
11but these words seemed to them an idle tale, and 24:11 Mark 16:11; See Mark 16:16they did not believe them.
12But 24:12 John 20:3-6Peter rose and ran to the tomb; stooping and looking in, he saw 24:12 John 19:40the linen cloths by themselves; and he went home marveling at what had happened.
On the Road to Emmaus
13That very day 24:13 Mark 16:12two of them were going to a village named Emmaus, about seven miles24:13 Greek sixty stadia; a stadion was about 607 feet or 185 meters from Jerusalem,
14and they were talking with each other about all these things that had happened.
15While they were talking and discussing together, Jesus himself drew near and went with them.
17And he said to them, “What is this conversation that you are holding with each other as you walk?” And they stood still, looking sad.
18Then one of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only visitor to Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in these days?”
19And he said to them, “What things?” And they said to him, “Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, a man who was 24:19 See Matt. 21:11a prophet 24:19 Acts 2:22; [Acts 7:22]mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,
20and 24:20 Acts 2:23; 5:30; 13:27, 28; 1 Thess. 2:15how our chief priests and 24:20 ch. 23:13, 35; John 3:1; 7:26, 48; 12:42; Acts 3:17; 4:5, 8; 13:27; [1 Cor. 2:8]rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him.
21But we had hoped that he was 24:21 See ch. 1:68; 1 Pet. 1:18the one to redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now 24:21 ver. 7the third day since these things happened.
22Moreover, some women of our company amazed us. 24:22 ver. 1They were at the tomb early in the morning,
23and 24:23 ver. 3when they did not find his body, they came back saying that 24:23 ver. 4, 5, 9they had even seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
2424:24 ver. 12; John 20:3Some of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but him they did not see.”
25And he said to them, “O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken!
2624:26 ver. 7, 44, 46; Heb. 2:10; 12:2; 1 Pet. 1:11; See Acts 3:18Was it not necessary that 24:26 See Matt. 1:17the Christ should suffer these things and enter into 24:26 See ch. 9:26his glory?”
27And 24:27 Acts 8:35beginning with 24:27 Gen. 3:15; 12:3; 22:18; Num. 21:9; 24:17; [John 1:45; 5:46] Moses and 24:27 2 Sam. 7:12-16; Isa. 7:14; 9:6; 50:6; 52:13–53:12; 61:1; Jer. 23:5, 6; Dan. 7:13, 14; 9:24-27; Mic. 5:2; Zech. 6:12; 9:9; 12:10; 13:7; [Acts 13:27]all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
28So they drew near to the village to which they were going. 24:28 [Mark 6:48]He acted as if he were going farther,
29but they urged him strongly, saying, “Stay with us, for it is toward evening and 24:29 ch. 9:12 (Gk.)the day is now far spent.” So he went in to stay with them.
30When he was at table with them, he took the bread and 24:30 See Matt. 14:19blessed and broke it and gave it to them.
3124:31 [ver. 16] And their eyes were opened, and they recognized him. And 24:31 [ch. 4:30]he vanished from their sight.
32They said to each other, 24:32 Ps. 39:3“Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he 24:32 ver. 45opened to us the Scriptures?”
33And they rose that same hour and returned to Jerusalem. And they 24:33 Mark 16:13; Acts 17:3found the eleven and 24:33 [Acts 1:14]those who were with them gathered together,
34saying, “The Lord has risen indeed, and 24:34 1 Cor. 15:5has appeared to Simon!”
Jesus Appears to His Disciples
36As they were talking about these things, 24:36 Mark 16:14; John 20:19Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace to you!”
37But they were 24:37 ch. 21:9startled and 24:37 ver. 5frightened and 24:37 [Matt. 14:26; Mark 6:49]thought they saw a spirit.
38And he said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts?
39See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. 24:39 1 John 1:1; [John 20:27]Touch me, and see. For a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.”
40And when he had said this, 24:40 John 20:20he showed them his hands and his feet.
41And while they still disbelieved 24:41 Acts 12:14; [Gen. 45:26] for joy and were marveling, 24:41 John 21:5he said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?”
42They gave him a piece of broiled fish,24:42 Some manuscripts add and some honeycomb
43and he took it and ate before them.
44Then he said to them, 24:44 See ver. 6“These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, 24:44 See ver. 27that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”
45Then 24:45 ver. 32; [Job 33:16; Ps. 119:18; Acts 16:14; 1 John 5:20]he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,
46and said to them, “Thus 24:46 See Matt. 26:24it is written, 24:46 See ver. 7, 26that the Christ should suffer and on the third day 24:46 John 20:9rise from the dead,
47and that 24:47 Acts 5:31; See Acts 2:38repentance for24:47 Some manuscripts andthe forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed 24:47 See Acts 4:12in his name 24:47 ch. 2:32; Gen. 12:3; Ps. 22:27; Isa. 2:2; 49:6; Hos. 2:23; Mal. 1:11; Matt. 28:19to all nations, 24:47 Acts 10:37; Gal. 3:8beginning from Jerusalem.
4824:48 Acts 1:8, 22; 2:32; 3:15; 5:32; 10:39, 41; 13:31; 1 Pet. 5:1; [John 15:27; 1 Cor. 15:15]You are witnesses of these things.
49And behold, I am sending 24:49 John 14:26; Acts 1:4; [Acts 2:33; Eph. 1:13]; See Acts 2:16, 17the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you 24:49 Job 29:14; Ps. 132:9are clothed with 24:49 Acts 1:8power 24:49 ch. 1:78; Isa. 32:15from on high.”
The Ascension
50And 24:50 Acts 1:12he led them out as far as 24:50 Matt. 21:17; John 11:18Bethany, and lifting up his hands he blessed them.
51While he blessed them, 24:51 See Mark 16:19he parted from them and was carried up into heaven.
52And they 24:52 Matt. 28:9worshiped him and 24:52 [See ver. 50above] returned to Jerusalem 24:52 See John 16:22with great joy,
