Zechariah 9:13 - For I will bend Judah as my bow; I will fill that bow with Ephraim. I will rouse your sons, Zion, against your sons, Greece. I will make you like a warrior’s sword.
Zechariah 9:14 - Then the Lord will appear over them, and his arrow will fly like lightning. The Lord God will sound the ram’s horn and advance with the southern storms.
Zechariah 9:15 - The Lord of Armies will defend them. They will consume and conquer with slingstones; they will drink and be rowdy as if with wine. They will be as full as the sprinkling basin, like those at the corners of the altar.
1 Peter 1:12 - It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you. These things have now been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven — angels long to catch a glimpse of these things.

Isaiah 63:14 - Like cattle that go down into the valley, the Spirit of the Lord gave them rest. You led your people this way to make a glorious name for yourself.
Ezra 5:2 - Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel and Jeshua son of Jozadak began to rebuild God’s house in Jerusalem. The prophets of God were with them, helping them.

Psalms 44:3 - For they did not take the land by their sword — their arm did not bring them victory — but by your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face, because you were favorable toward them.

Hosea 1:7 - But I will have compassion on the house of Judah, and I will deliver them by the Lord their God. I will not deliver them by bow, sword, or war, or by horses and cavalry.

1 Corinthians 2:4 - My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of wisdom but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power,
1 Corinthians 2:5 - so that your faith might not be based on human wisdom but on God’s power.
2 Corinthians 10:4 - since the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but are powerful through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments
2 Corinthians 10:5 - and every proud thing that is raised up against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought captive to obey Christ.
2 Chronicles 32:7 - “Be strong and courageous! Don’t be afraid or discouraged before the king of Assyria or before the large army that is with him, for there are more with us than with him.
2 Chronicles 32:8 - He has only human strength, but we have the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles.” So the people relied on the words of King Hezekiah of Judah.
