  • Exodus 34:29 - Moses came down from Mount Sinai. He had the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands. His face was shining because he had spoken with the Lord. But he didn’t realize it.
  • Exodus 34:30 - Aaron and all the people of Israel saw Moses. His face was shining. So they were afraid to come near him.
  • Job 33:23 - “But suppose there is an angel who will speak up for him. The angel is very special. He’s one out of a thousand. He will tell that person how to do what is right.
  • Ecclesiastes 2:13 - I saw that wisdom is better than foolishness, just as light is better than darkness.
  • Ecclesiastes 2:14 - The eyes of a wise person see things clearly. A person who is foolish lives in darkness. But I finally realized that death catches up with both of them.
  • Deuteronomy 28:50 - Its people will look mean. They won’t have any respect for old people. They won’t show any kindness to young people.
  • Acts 6:15 - All who were sitting in the Sanhedrin looked right at Stephen. They saw that his face was like the face of an angel.
