  • Matthew 12:18 - “Look at my Servant, whom I have chosen. He is my Beloved, who pleases me. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.
  • Luke 23:35 - The crowd watched and the leaders scoffed. “He saved others,” they said, “let him save himself if he is really God’s Messiah, the Chosen One.”

  • Ephesians 2:20 - Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself.
  • Zechariah 10:4 - From Judah will come the cornerstone, the tent peg, the bow for battle, and all the rulers.
  • Romans 9:32 - Why not? Because they were trying to get right with God by keeping the law instead of by trusting in him. They stumbled over the great rock in their path.

  • Isaiah 28:16 - Therefore, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “Look! I am placing a foundation stone in Jerusalem, a firm and tested stone. It is a precious cornerstone that is safe to build on. Whoever believes need never be shaken.
