  • Matthew 24:24 - For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
  • Psalm 36:11 - May the foot of the proud not come against me, nor the hand of the wicked drive me away.
  • Psalm 36:12 - See how the evildoers lie fallen— thrown down, not able to rise!
  • 1 John 5:16 - If you see any brother or sister commit a sin that does not lead to death, you should pray and God will give them life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that you should pray about that.
  • 1 Kings 22:22 - “ ‘By what means?’ the Lord asked. “ ‘I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said. “ ‘You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the Lord. ‘Go and do it.’
