Ezekiel 23:27 - So I will put an end to your depravity and sexual immorality, which began in the land of Egypt, and you will not look longingly at them or remember Egypt anymore.

Ezekiel 23:29 - They will treat you with hatred, take all you have worked for, and leave you stark naked, so that the shame of your debauchery will be exposed, both your depravity and promiscuity.

Ezekiel 23:42 - The sound of a carefree crowd was there. Drunkards from the desert were brought in, along with common men. They put bracelets on the women’s hands and beautiful tiaras on their heads.
Ezekiel 23:43 - Then I said concerning this woman worn out by adultery: Will they now have illicit sex with her, even her?
Ezekiel 23:44 - Yet they had sex with her as one does with a prostitute. This is how they had sex with Oholah and Oholibah, those depraved women.
Ezekiel 23:45 - But righteous men will judge them the way adulteresses and those who shed blood are judged, for they are adulteresses and blood is on their hands.

Hosea 1:2 - When the Lord first spoke to Hosea, he said this to him: Go and marry a woman of promiscuity, and have children of promiscuity, for the land is committing blatant acts of promiscuity by abandoning the Lord.
Jeremiah 3:9 - Indifferent to her prostitution, she defiled the land and committed adultery with stones and trees.
Deuteronomy 4:29 - But from there, you will search for the Lord your God, and you will find him when you seek him with all your heart and all your soul.
Deuteronomy 4:30 - When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, in the future you will return to the Lord your God and obey him.

Jeremiah 8:5 - Why have these people turned away? Why is Jerusalem always turning away? They take hold of deceit; they refuse to return.
Jeremiah 8:6 - I have paid careful attention. They do not speak what is right. No one regrets his evil, asking, ‘What have I done?’ Everyone has stayed his course like a horse rushing into battle.
Hosea 14:1 - Israel, return to the Lord your God, for you have stumbled in your iniquity.
Hosea 14:2 - Take words of repentance with you and return to the Lord. Say to him, “Forgive all our iniquity and accept what is good, so that we may repay you with praise from our lips.
Hosea 14:3 - Assyria will not save us, we will not ride on horses, and we will no longer proclaim, ‘Our gods! ’ to the work of our hands. For the fatherless receives compassion in you.”
Hosea 14:4 - I will heal their apostasy; I will freely love them, for my anger will have turned from him.
Hosea 2:5 - Yes, their mother is promiscuous; she conceived them and acted shamefully. For she thought, “I will follow my lovers, the men who give me my food and water, my wool and flax, my oil and drink.”
Hosea 2:6 - Therefore, this is what I will do: I will block her way with thorns; I will enclose her with a wall, so that she cannot find her paths.
Hosea 2:7 - She will pursue her lovers but not catch them; she will look for them but not find them. Then she will think, “I will go back to my former husband, for then it was better for me than now.”
Jeremiah 2:20 - For long ago I broke your yoke; I tore off your chains. You insisted, “I will not serve!” On every high hill and under every green tree you lay down like a prostitute.
Ezekiel 16:26 - You engaged in promiscuous acts with Egyptian men, your well-endowed neighbors, and increased your prostitution to anger me.
Jeremiah 4:1 - If you return, Israel — this is the Lord’s declaration — you will return to me, if you remove your abhorrent idols from my presence and do not waver,
Deuteronomy 24:1 - “If a man marries a woman, but she becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, he may write her a divorce certificate, hand it to her, and send her away from his house.
Deuteronomy 24:2 - If after leaving his house she goes and becomes another man’s wife,
Deuteronomy 24:3 - and the second man hates her, writes her a divorce certificate, hands it to her, and sends her away from his house or if he dies,
Deuteronomy 24:4 - the first husband who sent her away may not marry her again after she has been defiled, because that would be detestable to the Lord. You must not bring guilt on the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.
