Amós 8:10 - Convertiré en luto sus fiestas religiosas, y en cantos fúnebres todas sus canciones. Los vestiré de luto y les afeitaré la cabeza. Será como si lloraran la muerte de un hijo único, y terminarán el día en amargura.
Amós 6:6 - que beben vino en tazones y se perfuman con las esencias más finas sin afligirse por la ruina de José,
Amós 6:7 - marcharán a la cabeza de los desterrados, y así terminará el banquete de los holgazanes.
Jeremías 44:17 - Al contrario, seguiremos haciendo lo que ya hemos dicho: Ofreceremos incienso y libaciones a la Reina del Cielo, como lo hemos hecho nosotros, y como antes lo hicieron nuestros antepasados, nuestros reyes y nuestros funcionarios, en las ciudades de Judá y en las calles de Jerusalén. En aquel tiempo teníamos comida en abundancia, nos iba muy bien y no sufríamos ninguna calamidad.

Oseas 10:5 - Temen los moradores de Samaria por el becerro que adoran en Bet Avén. El pueblo del becerro hará duelo por él, lo mismo que sus sacerdotes idólatras. Harán lamentos por su esplendor, porque se lo llevarán al destierro.
