  • Psalm 87:5 - Certainly it will be said about Zion, “This nation and that nation were born in it. The Most High God himself will make it secure.”
  • Psalm 87:6 - Here is what the Lord will write in his list of the nations. “Each of them was born in Zion.”
  • Isaiah 66:10 - “Be glad along with Jerusalem, all you who love her. Be filled with joy because of her. Take great delight in her, all you who mourn over her.
  • Isaiah 65:18 - So be glad and full of joy forever because of what I will create. I will cause others to take delight in Jerusalem. They will be filled with joy when they see its people.
  • Revelation 3:12 - Here is what I will do for anyone who has victory over sin. I will make that person a pillar in the temple of my God. They will never leave it again. I will write the name of my God on them. I will write the name of the city of my God on them. This is the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God. I will also write my new name on them.
  • Revelation 21:2 - I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem. It was coming down out of heaven from God. It was prepared like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.
  • Micah 4:1 - In the last days the mountain where the Lord’s temple is located will be famous. It will be the highest mountain of all. It will be lifted up above the hills. And nations will go to it.
  • Micah 4:2 - People from many nations will go there. They will say, “Come, let us go up to the Lord’s mountain. Let’s go to the temple of Jacob’s God. He will teach us how we should live. Then we will live the way he wants us to.” The law of the Lord will be taught at Zion. His message will go out from Jerusalem.
  • Philippians 3:20 - But we are citizens of heaven. And we can hardly wait for a Savior from there. He is the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Hebrews 12:22 - But you have come to Mount Zion. You have come to the city of the living God. This is the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to a joyful gathering of angels. There are thousands and thousands of them.
