- 2 Timothy 3:8 - Just as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so these also resist the truth. They are men who are corrupt in mind and worthless in regard to the faith.
- 2 Timothy 3:9 - But they will not make further progress, for their foolishness will be clear to all, as was the foolishness of Jannes and Jambres.
- Ephesians 4:14 - Then we will no longer be little children, tossed by the waves and blown around by every wind of teaching, by human cunning with cleverness in the techniques of deceit.
- Titus 1:11 - It is necessary to silence them; they are ruining entire households by teaching what they shouldn’t in order to get money dishonestly.
- Colossians 2:18 - Let no one condemn you by delighting in ascetic practices and the worship of angels, claiming access to a visionary realm. Such people are inflated by empty notions of their unspiritual mind.
- Hebrews 10:29 - How much worse punishment do you think one will deserve who has trampled on the Son of God, who has regarded as profane the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?
- 2 Thessalonians 2:3 - Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way. For that day will not come unless the apostasy comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.
