I Will Walk with Integrity

A Psalm of David.

1I will sing of 101:1 [Ex. 34:7]steadfast love and justice;

to you, O Lord, I will make music.

2I will 101:2 [Ps. 4:4] ponder the way 101:2 Ps. 119:1; Prov. 11:20; [Matt. 5:48] that is blameless.

Oh when will you 101:2 [Ex. 20:24; John 14:23] come to me?

I will 101:2 1 Kgs. 9:4walk with 101:2 Ps. 78:72integrity of heart

within my house;

3I will not set before my eyes

anything 101:3 Deut. 15:9that is worthless.

I hate the work of those who 101:3 See Ps. 40:4fall away;

it shall not cling to me.

4101:4 Prov. 11:20; 17:20A perverse heart shall be far from me;

I will 101:4 [1 Cor. 5:11]know nothing of evil.

5Whoever slanders his neighbor 101:5 Ps. 15:3secretly

I will 101:5 ver. 8destroy.

Whoever has a 101:5 Ps. 18:27; 131:1; Prov. 6:17; 21:4; 30:13haughty look and an 101:5 Prov. 16:5arrogant heart

I will not endure.

6I will look with favor on the faithful in the land,

that they may dwell with me;

he who walks in 101:6 Ps. 119:1; Prov. 11:20; [Matt. 5:48]the way that is blameless

shall minister to me.

7No one who 101:7 Ps. 52:2practices deceit

shall dwell in my house;

no one who utters lies

shall 101:7 Ps. 102:28continue before my eyes.

8101:8 [Ps. 73:14] Morning by morning I will destroy

all the wicked in the land,

101:8 Ps. 75:10cutting off all 101:8 Ps. 94:4the evildoers

from 101:8 Ps. 48:1, 8; [Isa. 52:1]the city of the Lord.
