  • Leviticus 10:1 - Now Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took their respective [ceremonial] censers, put fire in them, placed incense on it and offered strange (unauthorized, unacceptable) fire before the Lord, [an act] which He had not commanded them to do.
  • 1 Timothy 6:13 - I solemnly charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and [in the presence] of Christ Jesus, who made the good confession [in His testimony] before Pontius Pilate,

  • Deuteronomy 11:1 - “Therefore you shall love the Lord your God, and always keep His charge, His statutes, His precepts, and His commandments [it is your obligation to Him].
  • Numbers 3:7 - They shall carry out the duties for him and for the whole congregation before the Tent of Meeting, doing the service of the tabernacle.
  • Numbers 9:19 - Even when the cloud lingered over the tabernacle for many days, the Israelites would keep their obligation to the Lord and not set out.
