Isaías 44:17 - Do restante ele faz um deus, seu ídolo; inclina-se diante dele e o adora. Ora a ele e diz: “Salva-me; tu és o meu deus”.
Isaías 44:18 - Eles nada sabem, nada entendem; seus olhos estão tapados, não conseguem ver, e suas mentes estão fechadas, não conseguem entender.
Isaías 44:19 - Para pensar ninguém para, ninguém tem o conhecimento ou o entendimento para dizer: “Metade dela usei como combustível; até mesmo assei pão sobre suas brasas, assei carne e comi. Faria eu algo repugnante com o que sobrou? Iria eu ajoelhar-me diante de um pedaço de madeira?”
Isaías 44:20 - Ele se alimenta de cinzas, um coração iludido o desvia; ele é incapaz de salvar a si mesmo ou de dizer: “Esta coisa na minha mão direita não é uma mentira?”
Jonas 1:6 - O capitão dirigiu-se a ele e disse: “Como você pode ficar aí dormindo? Levante-se e clame ao seu deus! Talvez ele tenha piedade de nós e não morramos”.

Lucas 22:46 - “Por que estão dormindo?”, perguntou-lhes. “Levantem-se e orem para que vocês não caiam em tentação!” ( Mt 26.47-56 ; Mc 14.43-50 ; Jo 18.1-11 )
1 Samuel 24:3 - Ele foi aos currais de ovelhas que ficavam junto ao caminho; havia ali uma caverna, e Saul entrou nela para fazer suas necessidades. Davi e seus soldados estavam bem no fundo da caverna.
