  • Isaiah 51:14 - He who is bowed down shall speedily be released; he shall not die and go down to the pit, neither shall his bread be lacking.
  • Isaiah 51:15 - I am the Lord your God, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the Lord of hosts is his name.

  • Jeremiah 32:36 - “Now therefore thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning this city of which you say, ‘It is given into the hand of the king of Babylon by sword, by famine, and by pestilence’:
  • Jeremiah 32:37 - Behold, I will gather them from all the countries to which I drove them in my anger and my wrath and in great indignation. I will bring them back to this place, and I will make them dwell in safety.

  • Ezekiel 37:11 - Then he said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are indeed cut off.’
  • Ezekiel 37:12 - Therefore prophesy, and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will open your graves and raise you from your graves, O my people. And I will bring you into the land of Israel.
  • Ezekiel 37:13 - And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves, and raise you from your graves, O my people.
  • Ezekiel 37:14 - And I will put my Spirit within you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it, declares the Lord.”
  • Ezekiel 37:15 - The word of the Lord came to me:
  • Ezekiel 37:16 - “Son of man, take a stick and write on it, ‘For Judah, and the people of Israel associated with him’; then take another stick and write on it, ‘For Joseph (the stick of Ephraim) and all the house of Israel associated with him.’
  • Ezekiel 37:17 - And join them one to another into one stick, that they may become one in your hand.
  • Ezekiel 37:18 - And when your people say to you, ‘Will you not tell us what you mean by these?’
  • Ezekiel 37:19 - say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I am about to take the stick of Joseph (that is in the hand of Ephraim) and the tribes of Israel associated with him. And I will join with it the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, that they may be one in my hand.
  • Ezekiel 37:20 - When the sticks on which you write are in your hand before their eyes,
  • Ezekiel 37:21 - then say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take the people of Israel from the nations among which they have gone, and will gather them from all around, and bring them to their own land.
  • Ezekiel 37:22 - And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. And one king shall be king over them all, and they shall be no longer two nations, and no longer divided into two kingdoms.
  • Ezekiel 37:23 - They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols and their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions. But I will save them from all the backslidings in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them; and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
  • Ezekiel 37:24 - “My servant David shall be king over them, and they shall all have one shepherd. They shall walk in my rules and be careful to obey my statutes.
  • Ezekiel 37:25 - They shall dwell in the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children’s children shall dwell there forever, and David my servant shall be their prince forever.
  • Ezekiel 37:26 - I will make a covenant of peace with them. It shall be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will set them in their land and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in their midst forevermore.
  • Ezekiel 37:27 - My dwelling place shall be with them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
  • Ezekiel 37:28 - Then the nations will know that I am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.”
  • Isaiah 49:13 - Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth; break forth, O mountains, into singing! For the Lord has comforted his people and will have compassion on his afflicted.
  • Isaiah 49:14 - But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me; my Lord has forgotten me.”
  • Isaiah 49:15 - “Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, yet I will not forget you.

  • Isaiah 49:19 - “Surely your waste and your desolate places and your devastated land— surely now you will be too narrow for your inhabitants, and those who swallowed you up will be far away.
  • Isaiah 49:20 - The children of your bereavement will yet say in your ears: ‘The place is too narrow for me; make room for me to dwell in.’
  • Isaiah 49:21 - Then you will say in your heart: ‘Who has borne me these? I was bereaved and barren, exiled and put away, but who has brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; from where have these come?’”
  • Isaiah 49:22 - Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, I will lift up my hand to the nations, and raise my signal to the peoples; and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders.
  • Isaiah 49:23 - Kings shall be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. With their faces to the ground they shall bow down to you, and lick the dust of your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord; those who wait for me shall not be put to shame.”
  • Isaiah 49:24 - Can the prey be taken from the mighty, or the captives of a tyrant be rescued?
  • Isaiah 49:25 - For thus says the Lord: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken, and the prey of the tyrant be rescued, for I will contend with those who contend with you, and I will save your children.

  • Ezekiel 36:8 - “But you, O mountains of Israel, shall shoot forth your branches and yield your fruit to my people Israel, for they will soon come home.
  • Ezekiel 36:9 - For behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you shall be tilled and sown.
  • Ezekiel 36:10 - And I will multiply people on you, the whole house of Israel, all of it. The cities shall be inhabited and the waste places rebuilt.
  • Ezekiel 36:11 - And I will multiply on you man and beast, and they shall multiply and be fruitful. And I will cause you to be inhabited as in your former times, and will do more good to you than ever before. Then you will know that I am the Lord.
  • Ezekiel 36:12 - I will let people walk on you, even my people Israel. And they shall possess you, and you shall be their inheritance, and you shall no longer bereave them of children.
  • Ezekiel 36:13 - Thus says the Lord God: Because they say to you, ‘You devour people, and you bereave your nation of children,’
  • Ezekiel 36:14 - therefore you shall no longer devour people and no longer bereave your nation of children, declares the Lord God.
  • Ezekiel 36:15 - And I will not let you hear anymore the reproach of the nations, and you shall no longer bear the disgrace of the peoples and no longer cause your nation to stumble, declares the Lord God.”
  • Ezekiel 20:10 - So I led them out of the land of Egypt and brought them into the wilderness.
  • Zechariah 1:12 - Then the angel of the Lord said, ‘O Lord of hosts, how long will you have no mercy on Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, against which you have been angry these seventy years?’

  • Zechariah 1:14 - So the angel who talked with me said to me, ‘Cry out, Thus says the Lord of hosts: I am exceedingly jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion.

  • Zechariah 1:16 - Therefore, thus says the Lord, I have returned to Jerusalem with mercy; my house shall be built in it, declares the Lord of hosts, and the measuring line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.
  • Zechariah 1:17 - Cry out again, Thus says the Lord of hosts: My cities shall again overflow with prosperity, and the Lord will again comfort Zion and again choose Jerusalem.’”
  • Jeremiah 16:14 - “Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when it shall no longer be said, ‘As the Lord lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt,’

  • Jeremiah 3:18 - In those days the house of Judah shall join the house of Israel, and together they shall come from the land of the north to the land that I gave your fathers for a heritage.
  • Jeremiah 3:19 - “‘I said, How I would set you among my sons, and give you a pleasant land, a heritage most beautiful of all nations. And I thought you would call me, My Father, and would not turn from following me.
  • Jeremiah 3:20 - Surely, as a treacherous wife leaves her husband, so have you been treacherous to me, O house of Israel, declares the Lord.’”
  • Jeremiah 3:21 - A voice on the bare heights is heard, the weeping and pleading of Israel’s sons because they have perverted their way; they have forgotten the Lord their God.
  • Jeremiah 3:22 - “Return, O faithless sons; I will heal your faithlessness.” “Behold, we come to you, for you are the Lord our God.
  • Jeremiah 3:23 - Truly the hills are a delusion, the orgies on the mountains. Truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.
  • Jeremiah 3:24 - “But from our youth the shameful thing has devoured all for which our fathers labored, their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
  • Zephaniah 3:9 - “For at that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call upon the name of the Lord and serve him with one accord.
  • Zephaniah 3:10 - From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, the daughter of my dispersed ones, shall bring my offering.
  • Zephaniah 3:11 - “On that day you shall not be put to shame because of the deeds by which you have rebelled against me; for then I will remove from your midst your proudly exultant ones, and you shall no longer be haughty in my holy mountain.
  • Zephaniah 3:12 - But I will leave in your midst a people humble and lowly. They shall seek refuge in the name of the Lord,
  • Zephaniah 3:13 - those who are left in Israel; they shall do no injustice and speak no lies, nor shall there be found in their mouth a deceitful tongue. For they shall graze and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.”
  • Zephaniah 3:14 - Sing aloud, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem!
  • Zephaniah 3:15 - The Lord has taken away the judgments against you; he has cleared away your enemies. The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst; you shall never again fear evil.
  • Zephaniah 3:16 - On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: “Fear not, O Zion; let not your hands grow weak.
  • Zephaniah 3:17 - The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.
  • Zephaniah 3:18 - I will gather those of you who mourn for the festival, so that you will no longer suffer reproach.
  • Zephaniah 3:19 - Behold, at that time I will deal with all your oppressors. And I will save the lame and gather the outcast, and I will change their shame into praise and renown in all the earth.
  • Zephaniah 3:20 - At that time I will bring you in, at the time when I gather you together; for I will make you renowned and praised among all the peoples of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes,” says the Lord.
  • Jeremiah 31:1 - “At that time, declares the Lord, I will be the God of all the clans of Israel, and they shall be my people.”
  • Jeremiah 31:2 - Thus says the Lord: “The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
  • Jeremiah 31:3 - the Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.
  • Jeremiah 31:4 - Again I will build you, and you shall be built, O virgin Israel! Again you shall adorn yourself with tambourines and shall go forth in the dance of the merrymakers.
  • Jeremiah 31:5 - Again you shall plant vineyards on the mountains of Samaria; the planters shall plant and shall enjoy the fruit.
  • Jeremiah 31:6 - For there shall be a day when watchmen will call in the hill country of Ephraim: ‘Arise, and let us go up to Zion, to the Lord our God.’”
  • Jeremiah 31:7 - For thus says the Lord: “Sing aloud with gladness for Jacob, and raise shouts for the chief of the nations; proclaim, give praise, and say, ‘O Lord, save your people, the remnant of Israel.’
  • Jeremiah 31:8 - Behold, I will bring them from the north country and gather them from the farthest parts of the earth, among them the blind and the lame, the pregnant woman and she who is in labor, together; a great company, they shall return here.
  • Jeremiah 31:9 - With weeping they shall come, and with pleas for mercy I will lead them back, I will make them walk by brooks of water, in a straight path in which they shall not stumble, for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.
  • Jeremiah 31:10 - “Hear the word of the Lord, O nations, and declare it in the coastlands far away; say, ‘He who scattered Israel will gather him, and will keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock.’
  • Jeremiah 31:11 - For the Lord has ransomed Jacob and has redeemed him from hands too strong for him.
  • Jeremiah 31:12 - They shall come and sing aloud on the height of Zion, and they shall be radiant over the goodness of the Lord, over the grain, the wine, and the oil, and over the young of the flock and the herd; their life shall be like a watered garden, and they shall languish no more.
  • Jeremiah 31:13 - Then shall the young women rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old shall be merry. I will turn their mourning into joy; I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow.
  • Jeremiah 31:14 - I will feast the soul of the priests with abundance, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, declares the Lord.”
  • Jeremiah 31:15 - Thus says the Lord: “A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation and bitter weeping. Rachel is weeping for her children; she refuses to be comforted for her children, because they are no more.”
  • Jeremiah 31:16 - Thus says the Lord: “Keep your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears, for there is a reward for your work, declares the Lord, and they shall come back from the land of the enemy.
  • Jeremiah 31:17 - There is hope for your future, declares the Lord, and your children shall come back to their own country.
  • Jeremiah 31:18 - I have heard Ephraim grieving, ‘You have disciplined me, and I was disciplined, like an untrained calf; bring me back that I may be restored, for you are the Lord my God.
  • Jeremiah 31:19 - For after I had turned away, I relented, and after I was instructed, I struck my thigh; I was ashamed, and I was confounded, because I bore the disgrace of my youth.’
  • Jeremiah 31:20 - Is Ephraim my dear son? Is he my darling child? For as often as I speak against him, I do remember him still. Therefore my heart yearns for him; I will surely have mercy on him, declares the Lord.
  • Jeremiah 31:21 - “Set up road markers for yourself; make yourself guideposts; consider well the highway, the road by which you went. Return, O virgin Israel, return to these your cities.
  • Jeremiah 31:22 - How long will you waver, O faithless daughter? For the Lord has created a new thing on the earth: a woman encircles a man.”
  • Jeremiah 31:23 - Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Once more they shall use these words in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I restore their fortunes: “‘The Lord bless you, O habitation of righteousness, O holy hill!’
  • Jeremiah 31:24 - And Judah and all its cities shall dwell there together, and the farmers and those who wander with their flocks.
  • Jeremiah 31:25 - For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.”
  • Jeremiah 31:26 - At this I awoke and looked, and my sleep was pleasant to me.
  • Jeremiah 31:27 - “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man and the seed of beast.
  • Jeremiah 31:28 - And it shall come to pass that as I have watched over them to pluck up and break down, to overthrow, destroy, and bring harm, so I will watch over them to build and to plant, declares the Lord.
  • Jeremiah 31:29 - In those days they shall no longer say: “‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.’
  • Jeremiah 31:30 - But everyone shall die for his own iniquity. Each man who eats sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge.
  • Jeremiah 31:31 - “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah,
  • Jeremiah 31:32 - not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, declares the Lord.
  • Jeremiah 31:33 - For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
  • Jeremiah 31:34 - And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”
  • Jeremiah 31:35 - Thus says the Lord, who gives the sun for light by day and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the Lord of hosts is his name:
  • Jeremiah 31:36 - “If this fixed order departs from before me, declares the Lord, then shall the offspring of Israel cease from being a nation before me forever.”
  • Jeremiah 31:37 - Thus says the Lord: “If the heavens above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth below can be explored, then I will cast off all the offspring of Israel for all that they have done, declares the Lord.”
  • Ezekiel 39:25 - “Therefore thus says the Lord God: Now I will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on the whole house of Israel, and I will be jealous for my holy name.
  • Ezekiel 39:26 - They shall forget their shame and all the treachery they have practiced against me, when they dwell securely in their land with none to make them afraid,
  • Ezekiel 39:27 - when I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them from their enemies’ lands, and through them have vindicated my holiness in the sight of many nations.
  • Ezekiel 39:28 - Then they shall know that I am the Lord their God, because I sent them into exile among the nations and then assembled them into their own land. I will leave none of them remaining among the nations anymore.
  • Ezekiel 39:29 - And I will not hide my face anymore from them, when I pour out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, declares the Lord God.”
  • Jeremiah 2:2 - “Go and proclaim in the hearing of Jerusalem, Thus says the Lord, “I remember the devotion of your youth, your love as a bride, how you followed me in the wilderness, in a land not sown.
  • Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security.
  • Jeremiah 33:7 - I will restore the fortunes of Judah and the fortunes of Israel, and rebuild them as they were at first.
  • Jeremiah 33:8 - I will cleanse them from all the guilt of their sin against me, and I will forgive all the guilt of their sin and rebellion against me.
  • Jeremiah 33:9 - And this city shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth who shall hear of all the good that I do for them. They shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the prosperity I provide for it.
  • Jeremiah 33:10 - “Thus says the Lord: In this place of which you say, ‘It is a waste without man or beast,’ in the cities of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man or inhabitant or beast, there shall be heard again
  • Jeremiah 33:11 - the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing, as they bring thank offerings to the house of the Lord: “‘Give thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!’ For I will restore the fortunes of the land as at first, says the Lord.
  • Jeremiah 33:12 - “Thus says the Lord of hosts: In this place that is waste, without man or beast, and in all of its cities, there shall again be habitations of shepherds resting their flocks.
  • Jeremiah 33:13 - In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the Shephelah, and in the cities of the Negeb, in the land of Benjamin, the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, flocks shall again pass under the hands of the one who counts them, says the Lord.
  • Jeremiah 33:14 - “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will fulfill the promise I made to the house of Israel and the house of Judah.
  • Jeremiah 33:15 - In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch to spring up for David, and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.
  • Jeremiah 33:16 - In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will dwell securely. And this is the name by which it will be called: ‘The Lord is our righteousness.’
  • Jeremiah 33:17 - “For thus says the Lord: David shall never lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel,
  • Jeremiah 33:18 - and the Levitical priests shall never lack a man in my presence to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings, and to make sacrifices forever.”
  • Jeremiah 33:19 - The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:
  • Jeremiah 33:20 - “Thus says the Lord: If you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night, so that day and night will not come at their appointed time,
  • Jeremiah 33:21 - then also my covenant with David my servant may be broken, so that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne, and my covenant with the Levitical priests my ministers.
  • Jeremiah 33:22 - As the host of heaven cannot be numbered and the sands of the sea cannot be measured, so I will multiply the offspring of David my servant, and the Levitical priests who minister to me.”
  • Jeremiah 33:23 - The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah:
  • Jeremiah 33:24 - “Have you not observed that these people are saying, ‘The Lord has rejected the two clans that he chose’? Thus they have despised my people so that they are no longer a nation in their sight.
  • Jeremiah 33:25 - Thus says the Lord: If I have not established my covenant with day and night and the fixed order of heaven and earth,
  • Jeremiah 33:26 - then I will reject the offspring of Jacob and David my servant and will not choose one of his offspring to rule over the offspring of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will restore their fortunes and will have mercy on them.”
  • Amos 9:11 - “In that day I will raise up the booth of David that is fallen and repair its breaches, and raise up its ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old,
  • Amos 9:12 - that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations who are called by my name,” declares the Lord who does this.
  • Amos 9:13 - “Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when the plowman shall overtake the reaper and the treader of grapes him who sows the seed; the mountains shall drip sweet wine, and all the hills shall flow with it.
  • Amos 9:14 - I will restore the fortunes of my people Israel, and they shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit.
  • Amos 9:15 - I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,” says the Lord your God.
  • Hosea 2:3 - lest I strip her naked and make her as in the day she was born, and make her like a wilderness, and make her like a parched land, and kill her with thirst.
  • Romans 11:26 - And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written, “The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob”;
  • Romans 11:27 - “and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”
  • John 12:32 - And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”
  • Micah 7:14 - Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your inheritance, who dwell alone in a forest in the midst of a garden land; let them graze in Bashan and Gilead as in the days of old.
  • Micah 7:15 - As in the days when you came out of the land of Egypt, I will show them marvelous things.
  • Micah 7:16 - The nations shall see and be ashamed of all their might; they shall lay their hands on their mouths; their ears shall be deaf;
  • Micah 7:17 - they shall lick the dust like a serpent, like the crawling things of the earth; they shall come trembling out of their strongholds; they shall turn in dread to the Lord our God, and they shall be in fear of you.
  • Micah 7:18 - Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in steadfast love.
  • Micah 7:19 - He will again have compassion on us; he will tread our iniquities underfoot. You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.
  • Micah 7:20 - You will show faithfulness to Jacob and steadfast love to Abraham, as you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.
  • John 6:44 - No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day.
  • Revelation 12:14 - But the woman was given the two wings of the great eagle so that she might fly from the serpent into the wilderness, to the place where she is to be nourished for a time, and times, and half a time.

  • Revelation 12:6 - and the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, in which she is to be nourished for 1,260 days.
