- Jeremiah 3:23 - Truly in vain is the help that is looked for from the hills, the tumult on the mountains: truly in Jehovah our God is the salvation of Israel.
- Jeremiah 3:24 - But the shameful thing hath devoured the labor of our fathers from our youth, their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
- Zephaniah 3:9 - For then will I turn to the peoples of a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him with one consent.
- Zephaniah 3:10 - From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
- Zephaniah 3:11 - In that day shalt thou not be put to shame for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me; for then I will take away out of the midst of thee thy proudly exulting ones, and thou shalt no more be haughty in my holy mountain.
- Zephaniah 3:12 - But I will leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall take refuge in the name of Jehovah.
- Zephaniah 3:13 - The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth; for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
- Zephaniah 3:14 - Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
- Zephaniah 3:15 - Jehovah hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the King of Israel, even Jehovah, is in the midst of thee; thou shalt not fear evil any more.
- Zephaniah 3:16 - In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not; O Zion, let not thy hands be slack.
- Zephaniah 3:17 - Jehovah thy God is in the midst of thee, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love; he will joy over thee with singing.
- Zephaniah 3:18 - I will gather them that sorrow for the solemn assembly, who were of thee; to whom the burden upon her was a reproach.
- Zephaniah 3:19 - Behold, at that time I will deal with all them that afflict thee; and I will save that which is lame, and gather that which was driven away; and I will make them a praise and a name, whose shame hath been in all the earth.
- Zephaniah 3:20 - At that time will I bring you in, and at that time will I gather you; for I will make you a name and a praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I bring back your captivity before your eyes, saith Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 31:1 - At that time, saith Jehovah, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.
- Jeremiah 31:2 - Thus saith Jehovah, The people that were left of the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.
- Jeremiah 31:3 - Jehovah appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.
- Jeremiah 31:4 - Again will I build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: again shalt thou be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry.
- Jeremiah 31:5 - Again shalt thou plant vineyards upon the mountains of Samaria; the planters shall plant, and shall enjoy the fruit thereof.
- Jeremiah 31:6 - For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the hills of Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto Jehovah our God.
- Jeremiah 31:7 - For thus saith Jehovah, Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout for the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say, O Jehovah, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.
- Jeremiah 31:8 - Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the uttermost parts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall they return hither.
- Jeremiah 31:9 - They shall come with weeping; and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way wherein they shall not stumble; for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my first-born.
- Jeremiah 31:10 - Hear the word of Jehovah, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off; and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.
- Jeremiah 31:11 - For Jehovah hath ransomed Jacob, and redeemed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.
- Jeremiah 31:12 - And they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow unto the goodness of Jehovah, to the grain, and to the new wine, and to the oil, and to the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.
- Jeremiah 31:13 - Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old together; for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.
- Jeremiah 31:14 - And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 31:15 - Thus saith Jehovah: A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children; she refuseth to be comforted for her children, because they are not.
- Jeremiah 31:16 - Thus saith Jehovah: Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears; for thy work shall be rewarded, saith Jehovah; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
- Jeremiah 31:17 - And there is hope for thy latter end, saith Jehovah; and thy children shall come again to their own border.
- Jeremiah 31:18 - I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus, Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a calf unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art Jehovah my God.
- Jeremiah 31:19 - Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.
- Jeremiah 31:20 - Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a darling child? for as often as I speak against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my heart yearneth for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, saith Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 31:21 - Set thee up waymarks, make thee guide-posts; set thy heart toward the highway, even the way by which thou wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities.
- Jeremiah 31:22 - How long wilt thou go hither and thither, O thou backsliding daughter? for Jehovah hath created a new thing in the earth: a woman shall encompass a man.
- Jeremiah 31:23 - Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, Yet again shall they use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity: Jehovah bless thee, O habitation of righteousness, O mountain of holiness.
- Jeremiah 31:24 - And Judah and all the cities thereof shall dwell therein together, the husbandmen, and they that go about with flocks.
- Jeremiah 31:25 - For I have satiated the weary soul, and every sorrowful soul have I replenished.
- Jeremiah 31:26 - Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.
- Jeremiah 31:27 - Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
- Jeremiah 31:28 - And it shall come to pass that, like as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down and to overthrow and to destroy and to afflict, so will I watch over them to build and to plant, saith Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 31:29 - In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.
- Jeremiah 31:30 - But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge.
- Jeremiah 31:31 - Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
- Jeremiah 31:32 - not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was a husband unto them, saith Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 31:33 - But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith Jehovah: I will put my law in their inward parts, and in their heart will I write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
- Jeremiah 31:34 - And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah; for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Jehovah: for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.
- Jeremiah 31:35 - Thus saith Jehovah, who giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, who stirreth up the sea, so that the waves thereof roar; Jehovah of hosts is his name:
- Jeremiah 31:36 - If these ordinances depart from before me, saith Jehovah, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
- Jeremiah 31:37 - Thus saith Jehovah: If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then will I also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith Jehovah.
- Ezekiel 39:25 - Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Now will I bring back the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for my holy name.
- Ezekiel 39:26 - And they shall bear their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they shall dwell securely in their land, and none shall make them afraid;
- Ezekiel 39:27 - when I have brought them back from the peoples, and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations.
- Ezekiel 39:28 - And they shall know that I am Jehovah their God, in that I caused them to go into captivity among the nations, and have gathered them unto their own land; and I will leave none of them any more there;
- Ezekiel 39:29 - neither will I hide my face any more from them; for I have poured out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 2:2 - Go, and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith Jehovah, I remember for thee the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals; how thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.
- Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them; and I will reveal unto them abundance of peace and truth.
- Jeremiah 33:7 - And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first.
- Jeremiah 33:8 - And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned against me, and whereby they have transgressed against me.
- Jeremiah 33:9 - And this city shall be to me for a name of joy, for a praise and for a glory, before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them, and shall fear and tremble for all the good and for all the peace that I procure unto it.
- Jeremiah 33:10 - Thus saith Jehovah: Yet again there shall be heard in this place, whereof ye say, It is waste, without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast,
- Jeremiah 33:11 - the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that say, Give thanks to Jehovah of hosts, for Jehovah is good, for his lovingkindness endureth for ever; and of them that bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of Jehovah. For I will cause the captivity of the land to return as at the first, saith Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 33:12 - Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Yet again shall there be in this place, which is waste, without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.
- Jeremiah 33:13 - In the cities of the hill-country, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the South, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, shall the flocks again pass under the hands of him that numbereth them, saith Jehovah.
- Jeremiah 33:14 - Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will perform that good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and concerning the house of Judah.
- Jeremiah 33:15 - In those days, and at that time, will I cause a Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.
- Jeremiah 33:16 - In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely; and this is the name whereby she shall be called: Jehovah our righteousness.
- Jeremiah 33:17 - For thus saith Jehovah: David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;
- Jeremiah 33:18 - neither shall the priests the Levites want a man before me to offer burnt-offerings, and to burn meal-offerings, and to do sacrifice continually.
- Jeremiah 33:19 - And the word of Jehovah came unto Jeremiah, saying,
- Jeremiah 33:20 - Thus saith Jehovah: If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, so that there shall not be day and night in their season;
- Jeremiah 33:21 - then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he shall not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.
- Jeremiah 33:22 - As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured; so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.
- Jeremiah 33:23 - And the word of Jehovah came to Jeremiah, saying,
- Jeremiah 33:24 - Considerest thou not what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which Jehovah did choose, he hath cast them off? thus do they despise my people, that they should be no more a nation before them.
- Jeremiah 33:25 - Thus saith Jehovah: If my covenant of day and night stand not, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;
- Jeremiah 33:26 - then will I also cast away the seed of Jacob, and of David my servant, so that I will not take of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and will have mercy on them.
- Amos 9:11 - In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up its ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old;
- Amos 9:12 - that they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all the nations that are called by my name, saith Jehovah that doeth this.
- Amos 9:13 - Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.
- Amos 9:14 - And I will bring back the captivity of my people Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
- Amos 9:15 - And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be plucked up out of their land which I have given them, saith Jehovah thy God.
- Hosea 2:3 - lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.
- Romans 11:26 - and so all Israel shall be saved: even as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer; He shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
- Romans 11:27 - And this is my covenant unto them, When I shall take away their sins.
- John 12:32 - And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto myself.
- Micah 7:14 - Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thy heritage, which dwell solitarily, in the forest in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.
- Micah 7:15 - As in the days of thy coming forth out of the land of Egypt will I show unto them marvellous things.
- Micah 7:16 - The nations shall see and be ashamed of all their might; they shall lay their hand upon their mouth; their ears shall be deaf.
- Micah 7:17 - They shall lick the dust like a serpent; like crawling things of the earth they shall come trembling out of their close places; they shall come with fear unto Jehovah our God, and shall be afraid because of thee.
- Micah 7:18 - Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth over the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in lovingkindness.
- Micah 7:19 - He will again have compassion upon us; he will tread our iniquities under foot; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
- Micah 7:20 - Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the lovingkindness to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
- John 6:44 - No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him: and I will raise him up in the last day.
- Revelation 12:14 - And there were given to the woman the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness unto her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
- Ezekiel 20:35 - and I will bring you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there will I enter into judgment with you face to face.
- Ezekiel 20:36 - Like as I entered into judgment with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I enter into judgment with you, saith the Lord Jehovah.
- Isaiah 40:1 - Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.
- Isaiah 40:2 - Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem; and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she hath received of Jehovah’s hand double for all her sins.
- Revelation 12:6 - And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that there they may nourish her a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
