2 Chronicles 33:18 - The rest of the events of Manasseh’s reign, including his prayer to his God and the words the prophets spoke to him in the name of the Lord God of Israel, are recorded in the Annals of the Kings of Israel.
2 Chronicles 33:19 - The Annals of the Prophets include his prayer, give an account of how the Lord responded to it, record all his sins and unfaithful acts, and identify the sites where he built high places and erected Asherah poles and idols before he humbled himself.

2 Chronicles 33:13 - When he prayed to the Lord, the Lord responded to him and answered favorably his cry for mercy. The Lord brought him back to Jerusalem to his kingdom. Then Manasseh realized that the Lord is the true God.
2 Chronicles 6:27 - then listen from heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel. Certainly you will then teach them the right way to live and send rain on your land that you have given your people to possess.

Isaiah 55:6 - Seek the Lord while he makes himself available; call to him while he is nearby!
Isaiah 55:7 - The wicked need to abandon their lifestyle and sinful people their plans. They should return to the Lord, and he will show mercy to them, and to their God, for he will freely forgive them.
Lamentations 3:40 - Let us carefully examine our ways, and let us return to the Lord.
Lamentations 3:41 - Let us lift up our hearts and our hands to God in heaven:
James 4:9 - Grieve, mourn, and weep. Turn your laughter into mourning and your joy into despair.
James 4:10 - Humble yourselves before the Lord and he will exalt you.
