Zechariah 第4章
A Vision of a Golden Lampstand
1And 4:1 ch. 1:9, 19the angel who talked with me came again 4:1 Dan. 8:18; 10:9, 10and woke me, like a man who is awakened out of his sleep.
2And he said to me, “What do you see?” I said, “I see, and behold, 4:2 See Ex. 25:31a lampstand all of gold, with a bowl on the top of it, and 4:2 Ex. 25:37; [Rev. 1:12; 4:5]seven lamps on it, with seven lips on each of the lamps that are on the top of it.
3And there are 4:3 [ver. 11; Rev. 11:4]two olive trees by it, one on the right of the bowl and the other on its left.”
5Then the angel who talked with me answered and said to me, 4:5 ver. 12“Do you not know what these are?” I said, “No, my lord.”
6Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to 4:6 See 1 Chr. 3:19Zerubbabel: 4:6 [Hos. 1:7]Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.
7Who are you, 4:7 [Jer. 51:25] O great mountain? Before 4:7 [See ver. 6above] Zerubbabel 4:7 Isa. 40:4you shall become a plain. And he shall bring forward 4:7 See ch. 3:9the top stone amid shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”
8Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
4:10 ch. 3:9“These seven 4:10 ch. 3:9are the eyes of the Lord, 4:10 2 Chr. 16:9; [Prov. 15:3]which range through the whole earth.”
11Then I said to him, “What are these 4:11 [See ver. 3above]two olive trees on the right and the left of the lampstand?”
