The Nature of the Son
1Long ago God spoke Jn 9:29; Heb 2:2-3 to the fathers by the prophets 2Kg 17:13; 21:10; 24:2; Jr 7:25; 26:5; 29:19; 35:15; 44:4; Ezk 38:17; Dn 9:6; Hs 12:10; Zch 1:6; 8:9; Mt 2:23; Lk 1:70; 24:44; Ac 2:30; 3:21,24 at different times and in different ways. Nm 12:6,8; Jl 2:28

3The Son is the radiance Or reflection of God’s glory and the exact expression Or representation, or copy, or reproduction of His nature, 2Co 4:4 sustaining all things by His powerful word. Ps 33:6 After making purification for sins, Other mss read for our sins by Himself He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. The Son Superior to Angels
5For to which of the angels did He ever say, You are My Son; today I have become Your Father, Or have begotten You Ps 2:7 or again, I will be His Father, and He will be My Son? 2Sm 7:14; Ps 2:7; Ac 13:33 2Sm 7:14; 1Ch 17:13

and His servants Or ministers a fiery flame, Ps 104:4 Ps 104:4
8but to Or about the Son:
Your throne, God,
is forever and ever,
and the scepter of Your kingdom

9You have loved righteousness
and hated lawlessness;
this is why God, Your God,
has anointed You
with the oil of joy Is 61:1,3; Php 2:9
rather than Your companions. Or associates Ps 45:6-7

You established the earth,
and the heavens are the works of Your hands; Ps 102:25
