Ezequiel 16:18 - Les pusiste tus vestidos bordados, y les ofreciste mi aceite y mi perfume.
Ezequiel 16:19 - Como ofrenda de olor fragante les presentaste el alimento que yo te había dado: el mejor trigo, el aceite de oliva y la miel. Lo afirma el Señor omnipotente.
Ezequiel 16:20 - »”Tomaste también a los hijos y a las hijas que tuviste conmigo y los sacrificaste como alimento a esas imágenes. ¡No te bastaron tus prostituciones!
Ezequiel 16:21 - Inmolaste a mis hijos y los pasaste por fuego como ofrenda en honor de esos ídolos.
Ezequiel 16:22 - En todas tus repugnantes prácticas y prostituciones no te acordaste de los días de tu infancia, cuando estabas completamente desnuda y te revolcabas en tu propia sangre.
Daniel 4:30 - exclamó: «¡Miren la gran Babilonia que he construido como capital del reino! ¡La he construido con mi gran poder, para mi propia honra!»
Apocalipsis 18:10 - Aterrorizados al ver semejante castigo, se mantendrán a distancia y gritarán: «¡Ay! ¡Ay de ti, la gran ciudad, Babilonia, ciudad poderosa, porque en una sola hora ha llegado tu juicio!»
Apocalipsis 18:11 - Los comerciantes de la tierra llorarán y harán duelo por ella, porque ya no habrá quien les compre sus mercaderías:
Apocalipsis 17:2 - Con ella cometieron adulterio los reyes de la tierra, y los habitantes de la tierra se embriagaron con el vino de su inmoralidad».
Apocalipsis 17:3 - Luego el ángel me llevó en el Espíritu a un desierto. Allí vi a una mujer montada en una bestia escarlata. La bestia estaba cubierta de nombres blasfemos contra Dios, y tenía siete cabezas y diez cuernos.
Apocalipsis 17:4 - La mujer estaba vestida de púrpura y escarlata, y adornada con oro, piedras preciosas y perlas. Tenía en la mano una copa de oro llena de abominaciones y de la inmundicia de sus adulterios.
Apocalipsis 17:5 - En la frente llevaba escrito un nombre misterioso: la gran babilonia madre de las prostitutas y de las abominables idolatrías de la tierra.
Apocalipsis 17:6 - Vi que la mujer se había emborrachado con la sangre de los santos y de los mártires de Jesús. Al verla, quedé sumamente asombrado.
Apocalipsis 17:18 - La mujer que has visto es aquella gran ciudad que tiene poder de gobernar sobre los reyes de la tierra».
Apocalipsis 19:2 - pues sus juicios son verdaderos y justos: ha condenado a la famosa prostituta que con sus adulterios corrompía la tierra; ha vindicado la sangre de los siervos de Dios derramada por ella».
Apocalipsis 18:18 - Al ver el humo del fuego que la consume, exclamarán: «¿Hubo jamás alguna ciudad como esta gran ciudad?»
Apocalipsis 18:19 - Harán duelo, llorando y lamentándose a gritos: «¡Ay! ¡Ay de la gran ciudad, con cuya opulencia se enriquecieron todos los dueños de flotas navieras! ¡En una sola hora ha quedado destruida!
Apocalipsis 18:20 - ¡Alégrate, oh cielo, por lo que le ha sucedido! ¡Alégrense también ustedes, santos, apóstoles y profetas!, porque Dios, al juzgarla, les ha hecho justicia a ustedes».
Apocalipsis 18:21 - Entonces un ángel poderoso levantó una piedra del tamaño de una gran rueda de molino, y la arrojó al mar diciendo: «Así también tú, Babilonia, gran ciudad, serás derribada con la misma violencia, y desaparecerás de la faz de la tierra.
Apocalipsis 11:8 - Sus cadáveres quedarán tendidos en la plaza de la gran ciudad, llamada en sentido figurado Sodoma y Egipto, donde también fue crucificado su Señor.
Apocalipsis 16:19 - La gran ciudad se partió en tres, y las ciudades de las naciones se desplomaron. Dios se acordó de la gran Babilonia y le dio a beber de la copa llena del vino del furor de su castigo.
Apocalipsis 18:2 - Gritó a gran voz: «¡Ha caído! ¡Ha caído la gran Babilonia! Se ha convertido en morada de demonios y en guarida de todo espíritu maligno, en nido de toda ave impura y detestable.
Apocalipsis 18:3 - Porque todas las naciones han bebido el excitante vino de su adulterio; los reyes de la tierra cometieron adulterio con ella, y los comerciantes de la tierra se enriquecieron a costa de lo que ella despilfarraba en sus lujos».
Isaías 21:9 - ¡Ahí viene un hombre en un carro de combate tirado por caballos! Y este es su mensaje: “¡Ha caído, ha caído Babilonia! ¡Todas las imágenes de sus dioses han rodado por el suelo!”»
Jeremías 51:7 - En la mano del Señor Babilonia era una copa de oro que embriagaba a toda la tierra. Las naciones bebieron de su vino y se enloquecieron.
Jeremías 51:8 - Pero de pronto Babilonia cayó hecha pedazos. ¡Giman por ella! Traigan bálsamo para su dolor; tal vez pueda ser curada.
