  • 2 Timothy 2:25 - Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth.
  • Mark 6:12 - So the disciples went out, telling everyone they met to repent of their sins and turn to God.
  • Matthew 21:29 - The son answered, ‘No, I won’t go,’ but later he changed his mind and went anyway.
  • Matthew 21:30 - Then the father told the other son, ‘You go,’ and he said, ‘Yes, sir, I will.’ But he didn’t go.
  • Matthew 21:31 - “Which of the two obeyed his father?” They replied, “The first.” Then Jesus explained his meaning: “I tell you the truth, corrupt tax collectors and prostitutes will get into the Kingdom of God before you do.
  • Matthew 21:32 - For John the Baptist came and showed you the right way to live, but you didn’t believe him, while tax collectors and prostitutes did. And even when you saw this happening, you refused to believe him and repent of your sins.
  • Matthew 13:44 - “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure that a man discovered hidden in a field. In his excitement, he hid it again and sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field.
  • Matthew 13:45 - “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant on the lookout for choice pearls.
  • Matthew 5:10 - God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
  • Matthew 5:3 - “God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
  • Colossians 1:13 - For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son,
  • Matthew 18:1 - About that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?”
  • Matthew 18:2 - Jesus called a little child to him and put the child among them.
  • Matthew 18:3 - Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.
  • Matthew 18:4 - So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.
  • Luke 13:5 - No, and I tell you again that unless you repent, you will perish, too.”
  • Matthew 13:52 - Then he added, “Every teacher of religious law who becomes a disciple in the Kingdom of Heaven is like a homeowner who brings from his storeroom new gems of truth as well as old.”
  • Luke 10:9 - Heal the sick, and tell them, ‘The Kingdom of God is near you now.’

  • Matthew 12:41 - “The people of Nineveh will stand up against this generation on judgment day and condemn it, for they repented of their sins at the preaching of Jonah. Now someone greater than Jonah is here—but you refuse to repent.
  • Luke 15:7 - In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!
  • Matthew 13:33 - Jesus also used this illustration: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like the yeast a woman used in making bread. Even though she put only a little yeast in three measures of flour, it permeated every part of the dough.”
  • Acts of the Apostles 2:38 - Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
  • Acts of the Apostles 11:18 - When the others heard this, they stopped objecting and began praising God. They said, “We can see that God has also given the Gentiles the privilege of repenting of their sins and receiving eternal life.”

  • John 3:3 - Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
  • John 3:4 - “What do you mean?” exclaimed Nicodemus. “How can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?”
  • John 3:5 - Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.
  • Luke 9:2 - Then he sent them out to tell everyone about the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick.
  • Acts of the Apostles 3:19 - Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away.
  • Luke 13:3 - Not at all! And you will perish, too, unless you repent of your sins and turn to God.
  • Mark 1:4 - This messenger was John the Baptist. He was in the wilderness and preached that people should be baptized to show that they had repented of their sins and turned to God to be forgiven.
  • Luke 6:20 - Then Jesus turned to his disciples and said, “God blesses you who are poor, for the Kingdom of God is yours.
  • Luke 24:47 - It was also written that this message would be proclaimed in the authority of his name to all the nations, beginning in Jerusalem: ‘There is forgiveness of sins for all who repent.’
  • 2 Corinthians 7:10 - For the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us away from sin and results in salvation. There’s no regret for that kind of sorrow. But worldly sorrow, which lacks repentance, results in spiritual death.
  • Matthew 13:47 - “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a fishing net that was thrown into the water and caught fish of every kind.
  • Matthew 10:7 - Go and announce to them that the Kingdom of Heaven is near.
  • Mark 1:15 - “The time promised by God has come at last!” he announced. “The Kingdom of God is near! Repent of your sins and believe the Good News!”
  • Daniel 2:44 - “During the reigns of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed or conquered. It will crush all these kingdoms into nothingness, and it will stand forever.
  • Matthew 6:10 - May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
  • Matthew 4:17 - From then on Jesus began to preach, “Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near. ”
