  • 2 Kings 4:43 - “How can I put this in front of 100 men?” his servant asked. But Elisha answered, “Give it to the people to eat. Do it because the Lord says, ‘They will eat and have some left over.’ ”
  • 2 Kings 4:44 - Then the servant put the food in front of them. They ate it and had some left over. It happened just as the Lord had said it would.
  • Mark 8:8 - The people ate and were satisfied. After that, the disciples picked up seven baskets of leftover pieces.
  • Mark 8:9 - About 4,000 people were there. After Jesus sent them away,
  • Mark 6:42 - All of them ate and were satisfied.
  • Mark 6:43 - The disciples picked up 12 baskets of broken pieces of bread and fish.
  • Mark 6:44 - The number of men who had eaten was 5,000.
  • 1 Kings 17:12 - “I don’t have any bread,” she replied. “And that’s just as sure as the Lord your God is alive. All I have is a small amount of flour in a jar and a little olive oil in a jug. I’m gathering a few sticks to take home. I’ll make one last meal for myself and my son. We’ll eat it. After that, we’ll die.”
  • 1 Kings 17:13 - Elijah said to her, “Don’t be afraid. Go home. Do what you have said. But first make a small loaf of bread for me. Make it out of what you have. Bring it to me. Then make some for yourself and your son.
  • 1 Kings 17:14 - The Lord is the God of Israel. He says, ‘The jar of flour will not be used up. The jug will always have oil in it. You will have flour and oil until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’ ”
  • 1 Kings 17:15 - She went away and did what Elijah had told her to do. So Elijah had food every day. There was also food for the woman and her family.
  • 1 Kings 17:16 - The jar of flour wasn’t used up. The jug always had oil in it. That’s what the Lord had said would happen. He had spoken that message through Elijah.
  • Exodus 16:12 - “I have heard the people of Israel talking about how unhappy they are. Tell them, ‘When the sun goes down, you will eat meat. In the morning you will be filled with bread. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.’ ”
  • Exodus 16:8 - Moses also said, “You will know that the Lord has heard you speak against him. He will give you meat to eat in the evening. He’ll give you all the bread you want in the morning. But who are we? You aren’t speaking against us. You are speaking against the Lord.”
