  • Isaiah 9:4 - For you have shattered their oppressive yoke and the rod on their shoulders, the staff of their oppressor, just as you did on the day of Midian.
  • Daniel 2:38 - Wherever people live — or wild animals, or birds of the sky — he has handed them over to you and made you ruler over them all. You are the head of gold.
  • Isaiah 45:2 - “I will go before you and level the uneven places; I will shatter the bronze doors and cut the iron bars in two.

  • Daniel 7:20 - I also wanted to know about the ten horns on its head and about the other horn that came up, before which three fell — the horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spoke arrogantly, and that looked bigger than the others.
  • Daniel 7:21 - As I was watching, this horn waged war against the holy ones and was prevailing over them
  • Daniel 7:22 - until the Ancient of Days arrived and a judgment was given in favor of the holy ones of the Most High, for the time had come, and the holy ones took possession of the kingdom.
  • Daniel 7:23 - “This is what he said: ‘The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, different from all the other kingdoms. It will devour the whole earth, trample it down, and crush it.
  • Daniel 7:24 - The ten horns are ten kings who will rise from this kingdom. Another king, different from the previous ones, will rise after them and subdue three kings.
  • Daniel 7:25 - He will speak words against the Most High and oppress the holy ones of the Most High. He will intend to change religious festivals and laws, and the holy ones will be handed over to him for a time, times, and half a time.
  • Habakkuk 2:6 - Won’t all of these take up a taunt against him, with mockery and riddles about him? They will say, “Woe to him who amasses what is not his — how much longer?  — and loads himself with goods taken in pledge.”
  • Habakkuk 2:7 - Won’t your creditors suddenly arise, and those who disturb you wake up? Then you will become spoil for them.
  • Habakkuk 2:8 - Since you have plundered many nations, all the peoples who remain will plunder you  — because of human bloodshed and violence against lands, cities, and all who live in them.
  • Habakkuk 2:9 - Woe to him who dishonestly makes wealth for his house to place his nest on high, to escape the grasp of disaster!
  • Habakkuk 2:10 - You have planned shame for your house by wiping out many peoples and sinning against your own self.
  • Habakkuk 2:11 - For the stones will cry out from the wall, and the rafters will answer them from the woodwork.
  • Habakkuk 2:12 - Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and founds a town with injustice!
  • Jeremiah 51:20 - You are my war club, my weapons of war. With you I will smash nations; with you I will bring kingdoms to ruin.
  • Jeremiah 51:21 - With you I will smash the horse and its rider; with you I will smash the chariot and its rider.
  • Jeremiah 51:22 - With you I will smash man and woman; with you I will smash the old man and the youth; with you I will smash the young man and the young woman.
  • Jeremiah 51:23 - With you I will smash the shepherd and his flock; with you I will smash the farmer and his ox-team. With you I will smash governors and officials.
  • Jeremiah 51:24 - “Before your very eyes, I will repay Babylon and all the residents of Chaldea for all their evil they have done in Zion.” This is the Lord’s declaration.
  • Revelation 17:6 - Then I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the witnesses to Jesus. When I saw her, I was greatly astonished.
  • Jeremiah 24:9 - I will make them an object of horror and a disaster to all the kingdoms of the earth, an example for disgrace, scorn, ridicule, and cursing, wherever I have banished them.
  • Revelation 18:20 - Rejoice over her, heaven, and you saints, apostles, and prophets, because God has pronounced on her the judgment she passed on you!
  • Ezekiel 5:15 - So you will be a disgrace and a taunt, a warning and a horror, to the nations around you when I execute judgments against you in anger, wrath, and furious rebukes. I, the Lord, have spoken.
  • Habakkuk 1:2 - How long, Lord, must I call for help and you do not listen or cry out to you about violence and you do not save?
  • Habakkuk 1:3 - Why do you force me to look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrongdoing? Oppression and violence are right in front of me. Strife is ongoing, and conflict escalates.
  • Habakkuk 1:4 - This is why the law is ineffective and justice never emerges. For the wicked restrict the righteous; therefore, justice comes out perverted.
  • Habakkuk 1:5 - Look at the nations and observe  — be utterly astounded! For I am doing something in your days that you will not believe when you hear about it.
  • Habakkuk 1:6 - Look! I am raising up the Chaldeans, that bitter, impetuous nation that marches across the earth’s open spaces to seize territories not its own.
  • Habakkuk 1:7 - They are fierce and terrifying; their views of justice and sovereignty stem from themselves.
  • Habakkuk 1:8 - Their horses are swifter than leopards and more fierce than wolves of the night. Their horsemen charge ahead; their horsemen come from distant lands. They fly like eagles, swooping to devour.
  • Habakkuk 1:9 - All of them come to do violence; their faces are set in determination. They gather prisoners like sand.
  • Habakkuk 1:10 - They mock kings, and rulers are a joke to them. They laugh at every fortress and build siege ramps to capture it.
  • Jeremiah 50:22 - The sound of war is in the land  — a crushing blow!
  • Jeremiah 50:23 - How the hammer of the whole earth is cut down and smashed! What a horror Babylon has become among the nations!
  • Habakkuk 2:17 - For your violence against Lebanon will overwhelm you; the destruction of animals will terrify you because of your human bloodshed and violence against lands, cities, and all who live in them.
  • Revelation 13:15 - It was permitted to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast could both speak and cause whoever would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
  • Revelation 13:16 - And it makes everyone — small and great, rich and poor, free and slave — to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead,
  • Revelation 13:17 - so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark: the beast’s name or the number of its name.

  • Revelation 16:6 - Because they poured out the blood of the saints and the prophets, you have given them blood to drink; they deserve it!
  • 2 Chronicles 36:18 - He took everything to Babylon — all the articles of God’s temple, large and small, the treasures of the Lord’s temple, and the treasures of the king and his officials.
  • Jeremiah 51:34 - “King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon has devoured me; he has crushed me. He has set me aside like an empty dish; he has swallowed me like a sea monster; he filled his belly with my delicacies; he has vomited me out.
  • Jeremiah 51:35 - Let the violence done to me and my family be done to Babylon,” says the inhabitant of Zion. “Let my blood be on the inhabitants of Chaldea,” says Jerusalem.
  • Jeremiah 25:9 - I am going to send for all the families of the north’  — this is the Lord’s declaration — ‘and send for my servant Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and I will bring them against this land, against its residents, and against all these surrounding nations, and I will completely destroy them and make them an example of horror and scorn, and ruins forever.
  • Jeremiah 25:10 - I will eliminate the sound of joy and gladness from them — the voice of the groom and the bride, the sound of the millstones and the light of the lamp.
  • Jeremiah 25:11 - This whole land will become a desolate ruin, and these nations will serve the king of Babylon for seventy years.
  • Jeremiah 25:12 - When the seventy years are completed, I will punish the king of Babylon and that nation’ — this is the Lord’s declaration — ‘the land of the Chaldeans, for their iniquity, and I will make it a ruin forever.
  • Jeremiah 25:13 - I will bring on that land all my words I have spoken against it, all that is written in this book that Jeremiah prophesied against all the nations.
  • Jeremiah 25:14 - For many nations and great kings will enslave them, and I will repay them according to their deeds and the work of their hands.’”
  • Jeremiah 27:6 - So now I have placed all these lands under the authority of my servant Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. I have even given him the wild animals to serve him.
  • Jeremiah 27:7 - All nations will serve him, his son, and his grandson until the time for his own land comes, and then many nations and great kings will enslave him.
  • Lamentations 4:1 - How the gold has become tarnished, the fine gold become dull! The stones of the temple lie scattered at the head of every street. ב Beth
