經文：“長老中有一位問我說，這些穿白衣的是誰？是從哪裏來的？我對他說，我主，你知道。他向我說，這些人是從大患難中出來的，曾用羔羊的血，把衣裳洗白凈了。所以他們在神寶座前，晝夜在他殿中事奉他。坐寶座的要用帳幕覆庇他們。他們不再饑，不再渴。日頭和炎熱，也必不傷害他們。因為寶座中的羔羊必牧養他們，領他們到生命水的泉源。神也必擦去他們一切的眼淚。”（《啟》7:13-17）

前言：多年前筆者曾收到一首英文詩“Holy Alphabet聖字母表”。後來把它略加修改，配上中文，共以26個不同的字來押韻。除在講道信息或個人平臺分享外，這首中英文小詩從未在正式刊物公開發表過。今有感動與《舉目》的眾位讀者分享。縱：世事艱難，常經憂患，但：背負十架，持定永生！願以此互勉。

主說：“都成了。我是阿拉法，我是俄梅戛，我是初，我是終。我要將生命泉的水白白賜給那口渴的人喝。”（《啟》21:6）

A lthough sometimes want to cry

雖然有時想哭 B ecause of trial or pain

皆因試煉痛苦 C ontinue in thanksgiving and pray

繼續感恩傾訴 D o not begin to blame

切莫牢騷滿腹

E ven when the times are hard

即使艱辛難渡 F ierce winds are bound to blow

風浪催逼急促 G od is forever in throne

真神寶座永固

H old on to way of eternal life

持定永生之路 I magine life without His love

思想主愛若無 J oy would cease to be

喜樂尋覓無處 K eep thanking Him for all the things

凡事恩典要數 L ove imparts to thee

祂愛使你蒙福 M ove out of “Camp Complaining”

不與抱怨為伍 N othing that is known

人間所知萬物 O n earth can yield the power

能力再大不如 P raise can do alone

發自贊美而出 Q uit worrying about tomorrow

憂慮明天何助 R edeem the time at hand

當下才是要務

S tart every day with worship

每天敬拜起步 T o “thank” is a command

感恩本是吩咐 U ntil we see Him coming

直到歡然見主 V ictorious soldiers in the sky

得勝精兵天府 W e‘ll run the race of the cross

奔走十架之途 X alting Jesus Christ most high

高舉耶穌基督 Y es, there’ll be good times and yes some will be bad, but…
順境逆境不顧

Z ion waits in glory...where none are ever sad! 榮樂錫安永住 !

禱告：親愛的主耶穌，感謝您應許我，您的恩典夠我用。感謝您，我所經歷的一切苦痛，您在十字架上早已承受，並得勝有余。在我的試煉痛苦中，感謝您以釘痕的手扶持我，牽引我，擦去我的眼淚，鼓勵我勇往直前！奉您的聖名禱告，阿們！
