趁命令还没有发出，日子还没有像风前的糠秕一般吹过，耶和华的烈怒还没有临到你们，耶和华忿怒的日子还没有临到你们以前，你们要聚集起来！

趁你們還未被粉碎，趁日子還未像糠粃過去，趁永恆主的烈怒還未臨到來攻擊你們，趁永恆主忿怒的日子還未臨到來攻擊你們，你們振作精神吧！

即於命令未出、光陰未逝、其速如糠、耶和華烈怒未降、忿恚之日未至以先、會集而來、

其日伊邇、流光荏苒、譬諸飄風、簸揚秕糠、我命未出、爾當自省、而悔厥過、

光陰速過、譬諸糠秕、被風飄揚、光陰速過譬諸糠秕被風飄揚原文作日過若糠秕爾當行此在主命未出、主之震怒未臨、主怒之日未至之先、

Come together before the Lord’ s judgment arrives. The day of the Lord’ s judgment will sweep in like straw blown by the wind. Soon the Lord’ s great anger will come against you. The day of his wrath will come against you.

他發忿恨，誰能立得住呢？他發烈怒，誰能當得起呢？他的忿怒如火傾倒；磐石因他崩裂。

因此，他們必如早晨的雲霧，又如速散的甘露，像場上的糠粃被狂風吹去，又像煙氣騰於窗外。

列邦奔騰，好像多水滔滔；但神斥責他們，他們就遠遠逃避，又被追趕，如同山上的風前糠，又如暴風前的旋風土。

耶和華發怒成就他所定的，倒出他的烈怒；在錫安使火着起，燒毀錫安的根基。

惡人並不是這樣，乃像糠粃被風吹散。

耶和華說：你們要等候我，直到我興起擄掠的日子；因為我已定意招聚列國，聚集列邦，將我的惱怒－就是我的烈怒都傾在她們身上。我的忿怒如火，必燒滅全地。

他們何嘗像風前的碎稭，如暴風颳去的糠粃呢？

耶和華如此說：我必照着猶大王所讀那書上的一切話，降禍與這地和其上的居民。因為他們離棄我，向別神燒香，用他們手所做的惹我發怒，所以我的忿怒必向這地發作，總不止息。』

當耶和華發怒的日子，他們的金銀不能救他們；他的忿怒如火必燒滅全地，毀滅這地的一切居民，而且大大毀滅。

「主要降臨的應許在哪裏呢？因為從列祖睡了以來，萬物與起初創造的時候仍是一樣。」他們故意忘記，從太古，憑神的命有了天，並從水而出、藉水而成的地。故此，當時的世界被水淹沒就消滅了。但現在的天地還是憑着那命存留，直留到不敬虔之人受審判遭沉淪的日子，用火焚燒。親愛的弟兄啊，有一件事你們不可忘記，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主所應許的尚未成就，有人以為他是躭延，其實不是躭延，乃是寬容你們，不願有一人沉淪，乃願人人都悔改。但主的日子要像賊來到一樣。那日，天必大有響聲廢去，有形質的都要被烈火銷化，地和其上的物都要燒盡了。

然而，耶和華向猶大所發猛烈的怒氣仍不止息，是因瑪拿西諸事惹動他。耶和華說：「我必將猶大人從我面前趕出，如同趕出以色列人一般；我必棄掉我從前所選擇的這城－耶路撒冷和我所說立我名的殿。」

天地要廢去，我的話卻不能廢去。」

耶和華的怒氣必不轉消，直到他心中所擬定的成就了。末後的日子你們要全然明白。

萬軍之耶和華說：「那日臨近，勢如燒着的火爐，凡狂傲的和行惡的必如碎稭，在那日必被燒盡，根本枝條一無存留。但向你們敬畏我名的人必有公義的日頭出現，其光線有醫治之能。你們必出來跳躍如圈裏的肥犢。

耶穌對眾人說：「你們要努力進窄門。我告訴你們，將來有許多人想要進去，卻是不能。及至家主起來關了門，你們站在外面叩門，說：『主啊，給我們開門！』他就回答說：『我不認識你們，不曉得你們是哪裏來的！』那時，你們要說：『我們在你面前吃過喝過，你也在我們的街上教訓過人。』他要說：『我告訴你們，我不曉得你們是哪裏來的。你們這一切作惡的人，離開我去吧！』你們要看見亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各，和眾先知都在神的國裏，你們卻被趕到外面，在那裏必要哀哭切齒了。

因為他是我們的神；我們是他草場的羊，是他手下的民。惟願你們今天聽他的話：你們不可硬着心，像當日在米利巴，就是在曠野的瑪撒。

你們忘記神的，要思想這事，免得我把你們撕碎，無人搭救。

看哪，我已使你成為有快齒打糧的新器具；你要把山嶺打得粉碎，使岡陵如同糠粃。你要把它簸揚，風要吹去；旋風要把它颳散。你倒要以耶和華為喜樂，以以色列的聖者為誇耀。

他們卻嘻笑神的使者，藐視他的言語，譏誚他的先知，以致耶和華的忿怒向他的百姓發作，無法可救。所以，耶和華使迦勒底人的王來攻擊他們，在他們聖殿裏用刀殺了他們的壯丁，不憐恤他們的少男處女、老人白叟。耶和華將他們都交在迦勒底王手裏。

當以嘴親子，恐怕他發怒，你們便在道中滅亡，因為他的怒氣快要發作。凡投靠他的，都是有福的。

我－耶和華說話，所說的必定成就，不再躭延。你們這悖逆之家，我所說的話必趁你們在世的日子成就。這是主耶和華說的。」
