即於命令未出、光陰未逝、其速如糠、耶和華烈怒未降、忿恚之日未至以先、會集而來、

其日伊邇、流光荏苒、譬諸飄風、簸揚秕糠、我命未出、爾當自省、而悔厥過、

光陰速過、譬諸糠秕、被風飄揚、光陰速過譬諸糠秕被風飄揚原文作日過若糠秕爾當行此在主命未出、主之震怒未臨、主怒之日未至之先、

before the decree takes effect and that day passes like windblown chaff, before the Lord’s fierce anger comes upon you, before the day of the Lord’s wrath comes upon you.

Come together before the Lord’ s judgment arrives. The day of the Lord’ s judgment will sweep in like straw blown by the wind. Soon the Lord’ s great anger will come against you. The day of his wrath will come against you.

在他盛怒之下，誰能站得住呢？他的烈怒誰能受得了呢？他的忿怒像火一般噴出來，磐石在他面前都崩裂了。

因此，他們必像早晨的雲霧，又如易逝的朝露，又像打穀場上的糠秕被旋風吹去，又像煙氣從煙囪上騰。

萬族怒號，好像眾水湧流，但神必斥責他們，使他們遠遠逃跑；他們又被追趕，如同山上風前的糠秕，又像暴風前的塵土捲動。

耶和華大發震怒，傾倒他的烈怒；他在錫安放火，吞滅了錫安的根基。

惡人卻不是這樣，他們好像糠秕，被風吹散。

耶和華說：“因此，你們要等候我，等候我起來指證（按照《馬索拉文本》，“指證”作“擄掠”；現參照《七十士譯本》翻譯）的日子，我已經決定集合萬邦，召聚列國，把我的盛怒，就是我的一切烈怒，都傾倒在他們身上；因為全地都必被我的妒火吞滅。

他們何嘗像風前的乾草，何嘗像暴風颳去的糠秕？

耶和華這樣說：看哪，我要照著猶大王所念那書卷上所有的話，使災禍降臨在這地方和它的居民身上，因為他們背棄了我，向別的神焚香。他們所行的一切都使我發怒，因此我的怒火要在這地方燃點，不會熄滅。

在耶和華發怒的日子，他們的金銀也不能救他們，全地都要被他的妒火吞滅；因為他要徹底毀滅地上所有的居民，真是可怕的毀滅。

“他要降臨的應許在哪裡呢？因為自從列祖睡了以來，萬物依然存在，與起初創造的時候一樣。”他們故意忘記這事：在太古的時候，因著神的話，就有了天，和從水而出、藉水而成的地。當時的世界，因被水淹沒而消滅了。但現在的天地，還是因著同樣的話可以存留，直到不敬虔的人受審判和遭滅亡的日子，用火焚燒。親愛的，這一件事你們不可忘記：在主看來，一日如千年，千年如一日。主決不耽延他的應許，像有些人以為他是耽延的一樣；其實他是寬容你們，不願有一人滅亡，卻願人人都悔改。但主的日子必要像賊一樣來到。在那日，天必轟然一聲地消失，所有元素都因烈火而融化；地和地上所有的，都要被燒毀（“被燒毀”有不少古抄本作“被發現”）。

但耶和華並沒有把他向猶大所發的烈怒消除，因瑪拿西種種的惡行激怒了他。耶和華說：“我也要把猶大從我面前趕走，好像我把以色列除去一樣。我要丟棄我所揀選的城市耶路撒冷，以及聖殿，我曾說：‘我的名必立在那裡。’”

天地都要過去，但我的話決不會廢去。

耶和華的怒氣必不轉消，直到他作成和實現他心中的計劃。在末後的日子，你們就會完全明白這事。

萬軍之耶和華說：“看哪！那日來到，像燒著的火爐一樣；驕傲的和作惡的，都必成為碎稭；那要來的日子，必把他們燒盡，不給他們留下一根一枝。可是，對你們敬畏我名的人，必有公義的太陽升起來；它的光線有醫治的功能；你們必出來跳躍，像欄裡的肥牛犢。”

“你們應當竭力進窄門！我告訴你們，將來許多人要進去，卻是不能。等到家主起來關上門，你們站在門外叩門說：‘主啊，給我們開門！’他要回答你們：‘我不知道你們是從哪裡來的。’那時，你們要說：‘我們在你面前吃過喝過，你也在我們街上教導過人。’他要說：‘我告訴你們，我不曉得你們是從哪裡來的；你們所有作惡的人，離開我去吧！’當你們看見亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各和眾先知都在神的國裡的時候，你們卻被趕到外面去，在那裡必要哀哭切齒。

因為他是我們的神，我們是他草場上的子民，是他手下的羊群。如果你們今天聽從他的聲音，就不要硬著心，好像在米利巴，就是在曠野的瑪撒的日子一樣。

忘記神的人哪！你們要思想這事，免得我把你們撕碎，沒有人能搭救。

看哪！我要使你成為打糧的器具，又新，又鋒利，又有很多利齒；你要揚淨群山，把它們壓得粉碎，又使岡陵變成糠秕。你必簸揚它們，風要把它們吹去，旋風也要把它們吹散；但你要靠耶和華喜樂，以以色列的聖者誇耀。

他們卻戲弄神的使者，藐視他的話，譏誚他的先知，以致耶和華的忿怒臨到他的子民身上，直到無法挽救。耶和華使迦勒底人的王上來攻打他們，在他們的聖殿裡用刀殺了他們的壯丁，少男和少女以及年老衰弱的，他們都不憐惜；耶和華把所有這些人都交在迦勒底王的手裡。

你們要用嘴親吻子，否則他一發怒，你們就在路上滅亡，因為他的怒氣快要發作。凡是投靠他的，都是有福的。

我耶和華所說的，是我要說的話，我所說的必定成就，不再耽延。叛逆的民族啊！我所說的話必在你們還活著的日子成就。這是主耶和華的宣告。”
