使你坠入坟墓，你必惨死在大海中。

以下是关于泰尔的预言：他施的船只哀号吧！因为从基提传来消息，说泰尔已被毁灭，房屋和港口都荡然无存。海边的居民，西顿的商贾啊，要静默无言。你们的商人飘洋过海，把西曷的粮食、尼罗河流域的农产都运到泰尔。泰尔成为列国的商埠。西顿啊，你要羞愧！你这海上的堡垒啊，大海否认你，说：“我没有经历过产痛，没有生过孩子，也未曾养育过儿女。”埃及人听见泰尔的消息，都感到伤痛。海边的居民啊，你们要去他施！你们要哀号！这就是你们那历史悠久、充满欢乐的城吗？她曾经派人到远方居住。

我要把你们的儿女卖给犹大人，犹大人必把他们卖给远方的示巴人。这是耶和华说的。”

因为贸易发达，你便充满暴力，犯罪作恶。因此，看守约柜的基路伯天使啊，我把你当作污秽之物逐出我的山，从闪闪发光的宝石中除掉你。

船夫把你摇到汪洋之中，但东风要把你击碎在海中。你的财富、货物、商品、水手、舵手、缝匠、客商、战士和人民在你倾覆的日子都要沉到深海里。你舵手的哀号声必震动海岸，所有的船夫、水手、舵手都必弃船登岸，为你放声痛哭，把尘埃撒在头上，在灰中打滚，又为你剃头披麻，悲痛哀伤。他们在痛哭中为你唱起哀歌，哀悼你说，有哪一座城像泰尔一样在深海中销声匿迹呢？你的货物由海上运出，满足了许多国家；你的资财和货物使地上的君王富裕。然而，如今你在汪洋中被海浪击碎，你的货物和人民都一同沉没了。沿海的居民因你而惊骇，君王都吓得面容失色。各国商人都嗤笑你，你那可怕的末日来临了，你将永远不复存在。’”

不义之财毫无益处，公义救人脱离死亡。

所以主耶和华说，‘泰尔啊，我要跟你作对，我要激起多国来攻击你，就像大海掀起波浪一样。他们要破坏你的墙垣，拆毁你的城楼。我要铲净你的瓦砾，使你成为光秃秃的磐石，在海中做晒网的地方，你必被列国掳掠，因为我已宣告。这是主耶和华说的。
