This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ Once again men and women of ripe old age will sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each of them with cane in hand because of their age.

万军之耶和华如此说：将来必有年老的男女坐在耶路撒冷街上，因为年纪老迈就手拿拐杖。

必再次有年纪老迈、手拿拐杖的男女坐在耶路撒冷的街上。这是万军之耶和华说的。

“万军之耶和华这样说：‘年老的男女必再坐在耶路撒冷的街上；他们因为年纪老迈，各人都手拿拐杖。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：將來必有年老的男女坐在耶路撒冷街上，因為年紀老邁就手拿柺杖。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：將來必有年老的男女坐在耶路撒冷的廣場上，各人因年紀老邁而手拿枴杖。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：將來必有年老的男女坐在耶路撒冷的廣場上，各人因年紀老邁而手拿枴杖。

必再次有年紀老邁、手拿拐杖的男女坐在耶路撒冷的街上。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

“萬軍之耶和華這樣說：‘年老的男女必再坐在耶路撒冷的街上；他們因為年紀老邁，各人都手拿拐杖。

萬軍之永恆主這麼說：將來必再有年老男人和年老婦人在耶路撒冷的廣場上坐着；因為年紀大、個個都有扶杖在手。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：『年老的男人和女人必再次坐在耶路撒冷的廣場上，他們因年紀老邁，個個手拿拐杖；

萬軍之耶和華云、將有老夫老婦、坐於耶路撒冷之衢、各因壽高、手扶厥杖、

萬有之主耶和華又曰、有齒之士、年高之婦、將坐於耶路撒冷逵衢、因其年老、攜杖以行、

萬有之主如是云、老夫老婦、將復坐於耶路撒冷街衢、因壽高年邁、手攜杖以行、

He continued,“ Once again old men and women will sit in the streets of Jerusalem. All of them will be using canes because they are old.

Thus says the Lord of hosts: Old men and old women shall again sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each with staff in hand because of great age.

“ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: Once again old men and women will walk Jerusalem’s streets with their canes and will sit together in the city squares.

The LORD of Armies says this:“ Old men and women will again sit along the streets of Jerusalem, each with a staff in hand because of advanced age.

The Lord of armies says this:‘ Old men and old women will again sit in the public squares of Jerusalem, each person with his staff in his hand because of age.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ Old men and old women shall again sit In the streets of Jerusalem, Each one with his staff in his hand Because of great age.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

The Lord of Hosts says this:“ Old men and women will again sit along the streets of Jerusalem, each with a staff in hand because of advanced age.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

Moreover, the LORD who rules over all says,‘ Old men and women will once more live in the plazas of Jerusalem, each one leaning on a cane because of advanced age.

Yahweh of Armies says:“ Old men and old women will again dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

And so Job died, an old man and full of years.

But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly,

The time is coming when I will cut short your strength and the strength of your priestly house, so that no one in it will reach old age,

Women have been violated in Zion, and virgins in the towns of Judah.Princes have been hung up by their hands; elders are shown no respect.Young men toil at the millstones; boys stagger under loads of wood.The elders are gone from the city gate; the young men have stopped their music.Joy is gone from our hearts; our dancing has turned to mourning.

You will come to the grave in full vigor, like sheaves gathered in season.

“ Never again will there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not live out his years; the one who dies at a hundred will be thought a mere child; the one who fails to reach a hundred will be considered accursed.They will build houses and dwell in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.No longer will they build houses and others live in them, or plant and others eat. For as the days of a tree, so will be the days of my people; my chosen ones will long enjoy the work of their hands.

“ Look, Lord, and consider: Whom have you ever treated like this? Should women eat their offspring, the children they have cared for? Should priest and prophet be killed in the sanctuary of the Lord?“ Young and old lie together in the dust of the streets; my young men and young women have fallen by the sword. You have slain them in the day of your anger; you have slaughtered them without pity.“ As you summon to a feast day, so you summoned against me terrors on every side. In the day of the Lord’s anger no one escaped or survived; those I cared for and reared my enemy has destroyed.”
