The LORD of Armies says this:“ In those days, ten men from nations of every language will grab the robe of a Jewish man tightly, urging: Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say,‘ Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’”

He continued,“ At that time many people of all nations and languages will take hold of one Jew. They will grab hold of the hem of his robe. And they will say,‘ We want to go to Jerusalem with you. We’ve heard that God is with you.’ ”

Thus says the Lord of hosts: In those days ten men from the nations of every tongue shall take hold of the robe of a Jew, saying,‘ Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”

“ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: In those days ten men from different nations and languages of the world will clutch at the sleeve of one Jew. And they will say,‘ Please let us walk with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”

The Lord of armies says this:‘ In those days ten people from all the nations will grasp the garment of a Jew, saying,“ Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.” ’ ”

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ In those days ten men from every language of the nations shall grasp the sleeve of a Jewish man, saying,“ Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”’”

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.

The LORD who rules over all says,‘ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will grasp hold of– indeed, grab– the robe of one Jew and say,“ Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”’”

Yahweh of Armies says:“ In those days, ten men will take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they will take hold of the skirt of him who is a Jew, saying,‘ We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”

This is what the LORD says:“ The products of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush and the Sabeans, men of stature, will come over to you and will be yours; they will follow you, they will come over in chains and bow down to you. They will confess to you,‘ God is indeed with you, and there is no other; there is no other God.’”

For this is what the Lord has commanded us: I have made you a light for the Gentiles to bring salvation to the ends of the earth.”When the Gentiles heard this, they rejoiced and honored the word of the Lord, and all who had been appointed to eternal life believed.

The secrets of his heart will be revealed, and as a result he will fall facedown and worship God, proclaiming,“ God is really among you.”

A man will even seize his brother in his father’s house, saying,“ You have a cloak— you be our leader! This heap of rubble will be under your control.”

“ Knowing their works and their thoughts, I have come to gather all nations and languages; they will come and see my glory.

so you will summon a nation you do not know, and nations who do not know you will run to you. For the LORD your God, even the Holy One of Israel, has glorified you.”

Then I saw another angel flying high overhead, with the eternal gospel to announce to the inhabitants of the earth— to every nation, tribe, language, and people.He spoke with a loud voice:“ Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship the one who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.”

Elijah said to him,“ Stay here; the LORD is sending me to the Jordan.” But Elisha said,“ As the LORD lives and as you yourself live, I will not leave you.” So the two of them went on.

For twenty years in your household I served you— fourteen years for your two daughters and six years for your flocks— and you have changed my wages ten times!

When Samuel turned to go, Saul grabbed the corner of his robe, and it tore.Samuel said to him,“ The LORD has torn the kingship of Israel away from you today and has given it to your neighbor who is better than you.

He will be their peace. When Assyria invades our land, when it marches against our fortresses, we will raise against it seven shepherds, even eight leaders of men.

Carefully follow them, for this will show your wisdom and understanding in the eyes of the peoples. When they hear about all these statutes, they will say,‘ This great nation is indeed a wise and understanding people.’For what great nation is there that has a god near to it as the LORD our God is to us whenever we call to him?

Moses said to Hobab, descendant of Reuel the Midianite and Moses’s relative by marriage,“ We’re setting out for the place the LORD promised,‘ I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will treat you well, for the LORD has promised good things to Israel.”But he replied to him,“ I don’t want to go. Instead, I will go to my own land and my relatives.”“ Please don’t leave us,” Moses said,“ since you know where we should camp in the wilderness, and you can serve as our eyes.If you come with us, whatever good the LORD does for us we will do for you.”

Then the Spirit enveloped Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said: We are yours, David, we are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to him who helps you, for your God helps you. So David received them and made them leaders of his troops.

for they will hear of your great name, strong hand, and outstretched arm, and will come and pray toward this temple—may you hear in heaven, your dwelling place, and do according to all the foreigner asks. Then all peoples of earth will know your name, to fear you as your people Israel do and to know that this temple I have built bears your name.

They will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you, LORD, are among these people, how you, LORD, are seen face to face, how your cloud stands over them, and how you go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.If you kill this people with a single blow, the nations that have heard of your fame will declare,‘ Since the LORD wasn’t able to bring this people into the land he swore to give them, he has slaughtered them in the wilderness.’

Nations will come to your light, and kings to your shining brightness.

none of the men who have seen my glory and the signs I performed in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tested me these ten times and did not obey me,

You have humiliated me ten times now, and you mistreat me without shame.

Give a portion to seven or even to eight, for you don’t know what disaster may happen on earth.

Go back and take your brothers with you. May the LORD show you kindness and faithfulness.”But in response, Ittai vowed to the king,“ As the LORD lives and as my lord the king lives, wherever my lord the king is, whether it means life or death, your servant will be there!”“ March on,” David replied to Ittai. So Ittai of Gath marched past with all his men and the dependents who were with him.
