當耶路撒冷和它四圍的城市都有人居住、而且優遊興盛，南地和低原也都有人居住時，永恆主的話、由從前的神言人經手宣告的、你們不應當聽麼？』

這些話語難道不是耶和華藉著先前的眾先知所宣告的嗎？那時，耶路撒冷和四圍的各城都有人居住，並且很安穩，南地和高地也有人居住。』」

耶和華藉古先知所宣之言、爾不宜聽之乎、其時耶路撒冷及四周之邑、有居民、且興盛、南土平原、亦有居民焉、○

昔耶路撒冷及四周之邑、南方平原、隨在有民居處、無不安綏、我耶和華使古先知、不既言之詳乎、

昔耶路撒冷及四圍之邑、尚有居民享平康、南方與平原平原或作窪地尚有人居、此言主豈未曾藉古先知宣告於眾乎、

Are these not the words the Lord proclaimed through the earlier prophets when Jerusalem and its surrounding towns were at rest and prosperous, and the Negev and the western foothills were settled?’”

Didn’t I tell you the same thing through the earlier prophets? That was when Jerusalem and the towns around it were at rest and enjoyed success. People lived in the Negev Desert and the western hills at that time.’ ”

Were not these the words that the Lord proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and prosperous, with her cities around her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?’”

Isn’t this the same message the Lord proclaimed through the prophets in years past when Jerusalem and the towns of Judah were bustling with people, and the Negev and the foothills of Judah were well populated?’”

Aren’t these the words that the LORD proclaimed through the earlier prophets when Jerusalem was inhabited and secure, along with its surrounding cities, and when the southern region and the Judean foothills were inhabited?”

Are these not the words which the Lord proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and carefree along with its cities around it, and the Negev and the foothills were inhabited?’ ”

Should you not have obeyed the words which the Lord proclaimed through the former prophets when Jerusalem and the cities around it were inhabited and prosperous, and the South and the Lowland were inhabited?’”

Should ye not hear the words which Jehovah cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?

Aren’t these the words that the Lord proclaimed through the earlier prophets when Jerusalem was inhabited and secure, along with its surrounding cities, and when the southern region and the Judean foothills were inhabited?”

[ Should ye] not[ hear] the words which the LORD hath cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, when[ men] inhabited the south and the plain?

Should you not have obeyed the words that the LORD cried out through the former prophets when Jerusalem was peacefully inhabited and her surrounding cities, the Negev, and the Shephelah were also populated?

Aren’t these the words which Yahweh proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and its cities around her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?’”

人们必带着燔祭、平安祭、素祭、乳香和感恩祭从犹大的城邑、耶路撒冷四周、便雅悯地区、丘陵、山区和南地去耶和华的殿。

你们要洗净自己，停止作恶，不要让我再看见你们的恶行。你们要学习行善，追求正义，帮助受欺压的，替孤儿辩护，为寡妇申冤。”耶和华说：“来吧，我们彼此理论！你们的罪虽如猩红，也必洁白如雪；你们的罪虽如绯红，也必白如羊毛。如果你们愿意听从，就必享用这地方的美好出产。如果你们执意叛逆，就必丧身刀下。”这是耶和华亲口说的。

在便雅悯境内，耶路撒冷周围和犹大的城邑，以及山区、丘陵、南部的城邑中，必有人置买田地，签订地契，盖封印，请人作证，因为我必使被掳的人回到故土。这是耶和华说的。’”

只吩咐他们，‘你们要听从我的话，我就做你们的上帝，你们做我的子民；你们遵行我的吩咐，就必蒙福。’

“‘如果你们真正改过自新，彼此公平相待，

南地和棕榈城耶利哥的谷地，远至琐珥。

要趁着还可以找到耶和华的时候寻找祂，趁祂还在附近的时候求告祂。愿邪恶的人停止作恶，不义的人除掉恶念。愿他们归向耶和华，祂必怜悯他们；愿他们归向我们的上帝，祂必仁慈地赦免他们。

不知羞耻的国民啊，趁命令尚未发出、日子尚未如风中的糠疾飞而去、耶和华的烈怒尚未临到你们、祂向你们发怒的日子尚未来临，要聚集，聚集起来！

没有听从你的仆人——众先知奉你的名向我们的君王、首领、先祖及国中百姓所说的话。主啊，你是公义的，我们今日满面羞愧，我们犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民，以及因对你不忠而被驱散到远近各地的以色列人都满面羞愧。主啊，我们和我们的君王、首领、先祖因得罪了你而满脸羞愧。虽然我们背叛了主——我们的上帝，祂却有怜悯和饶恕之心。我们没有听从我们的上帝耶和华的话，没有遵行祂借祂的仆人——众先知给我们颁布的律法。以色列人都违背你的律法，偏离正道，不听从你的话。你仆人摩西的律法书上所记载的咒诅和审判都落在了我们身上，因为我们得罪了你。你把大灾难降在我们身上，应验了你警告我们和我们官长的话。耶路撒冷遭遇的灾祸普天之下从未有过。这一切灾祸降在了我们身上，正如摩西律法书的记载。然而，我们的上帝耶和华啊，我们却没有离开罪恶，认识你的真理，以便恳求你施恩。所以耶和华决意使灾祸降在我们身上，因为我们的上帝耶和华的一切作为都是公义的，我们却没有听从祂的话。

“所以主耶和华说，‘以色列人啊，我必按你们各人的行为审判你们。你们要悔改，痛改前非，使你们不致死在罪恶中。你们要离弃从前所有的罪恶，洗心革面。以色列人啊！你们何必走向灭亡呢？’主耶和华说，‘我断不喜欢任何人死亡，你们要悔改，以便存活。’”

以色列啊，你被自己的罪恶绊倒了，归向你的上帝耶和华吧！你要归向耶和华，向祂忏悔说：“求你赦免我们的罪，施恩悦纳我们，好叫我们以赞美为祭献给你！我们不再向亚述求救，不再依靠战马，也不再称自己所造的神像为我们的上帝。耶和华啊，只有在你那里，孤儿才能得到怜悯。”

你们要到我这里来，侧耳听我的话，就必得到生命。我要跟你们立永久的约，将应许给大卫的可靠恩福赐给你们。

我要拿什么朝见耶和华，在天上的上帝面前叩拜呢？要献上一岁的牛犊作燔祭吗？耶和华会喜爱成千的公羊和万条油河吗？我要因过犯而献上自己的长子，因心中的罪恶而献上亲生的骨肉吗？世人啊，耶和华已经指示你们何为良善。祂向你们所要的是什么呢？是要你们行公义，好怜悯，谦卑地与你们的上帝同行。

你们要弃恶从善，才能存活。这样，万军之上帝耶和华必与你们同在，正如你们所说的。你们要恨恶邪恶，喜爱良善，在城门口伸张正义，也许万军之上帝耶和华会恩待约瑟的余民。

在山区、丘陵和南地的城邑，以及便雅悯、耶路撒冷周围和犹大的城邑必有人清点羊群。这是耶和华说的。”

“你拿一个卷轴来，把从约西亚登基直到现在我告诉你有关以色列、犹大和各国的事都写在上面。或许犹大人听了我打算要降给他们的灾祸，便改邪归正，我就赦免他们的过犯和罪恶。”

在你们兴盛的时候，我曾警告过你们，你们却不听。你们从小就叛逆，不听我的话。

因此，你要告诉百姓，万军之耶和华说，‘你们要归向我，我就回到你们那里。这是万军之耶和华说的。不要像你们的祖先一样。以前的先知曾呼唤他们要听从万军之耶和华的话，改邪归正，停止作恶，他们却置若罔闻，不予理会。这是耶和华说的。现在你们的祖先在哪里呢？那些先知能活到永远吗？然而，我吩咐我仆人——众先知的训言和律例岂不应验在你们祖先的头上了吗？后来他们悔改了，说，万军之耶和华按着我们的所作所为报应了我们，正如祂所言。’”
