Then he called to me,“ Look, those going toward the north country have given my Spirit rest in the land of the north.”

Then the Lord called out to me,“ Look! The horses going toward the north have given my Spirit rest in the north country.”

Then he cried to me,“ Behold, those who go toward the north country have set my Spirit at rest in the north country.”

Then the Lord summoned me and said,“ Look, those who went north have vented the anger of my Spirit there in the land of the north.”

Then he summoned me saying,“ See, those going to the land of the north have pacified my Spirit in the northern land.”

Then He called out to me and spoke to me, saying,“ See, those who are going to the land of the north have appeased My wrath in the land of the north.”

And He called to me, and spoke to me, saying,“ See, those who go toward the north country have given rest to My Spirit in the north country.”

Then cried he to me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, they that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.

Then He summoned me saying,“ See, those going to the land of the north have pacified My Spirit in the northern land.”

Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.

Then he cried out to me,“ Look! The ones going to the northland have brought me peace about the northland.”

Then he called to me, and spoke to me, saying,“ Behold, those who go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.”

“这样我的怒气才可以发尽，我向他们所发的烈怒才可以平息，自己才得到舒畅。我向他们所发的烈怒完全发尽的时候，他们就知道我耶和华说过的话是出于嫉恨的心。

我向那些安逸的列国大大恼怒，因为我只是稍微恼怒我的子民，他们却加深他们的祸害。

世上所有的居民，住在全地上的人哪！山上竖起旗帜的时候，你们要注意；号角吹响的时候，你们要聆听。耶和华这样对我说：“我要从我的居所安静观看，像日光中闪烁的热气，又像收割时的热气中有露水的云彩。”

这样我向你发的烈怒就可以平息，我的妒忿也可以离开你；我可以安静，不再恼怒了。

好使你在我赦免你所行的一切时，就会回想，自觉惭愧，并且因你所受的羞辱不再开口。这是主耶和华的宣告。’”

神已经把米甸人的两个首领：俄立和西伊伯，交在你们的手里了；我所行的怎能与你们相比呢？”基甸说了这话，他们的怒气就平息了。

那时天地和其中的一切，都必因巴比伦的倾覆欢呼，因为行毁灭的要从北方来攻击她。”这是耶和华的宣告。“巴比伦必因以色列被刺杀的人而倒下，就如全地被刺杀的人因巴比伦而倒下。

因此，主万军之耶和华，以色列的大能者说：“哎！我要向我的对头雪恨，向我的仇敌报复。

列国啊！你们都要集合起来听。他们中间有谁预言过这些事呢？耶和华爱他，他必向巴比伦行他所喜悦的；他的膀臂也必击打迦勒底人。

你的污秽就是淫荡。我想要洁净你，你却不愿意洁净，所以你的污秽再不能得到洁净，直等到我向你发的烈怒止息。

有一位大力的天使，把一块好像大磨石一样的石头，举起来抛在海里，说：“巴比伦大城也必这样被猛力地抛下去，决不能再找到了！弹琴、奏乐、吹笛、吹号的声音，在你中间决不能再听到了！各样手艺技工，在你中间决不能再找到了！推磨的声音，在你中间决不能再听到了！

参孙对他们说：“你们既然这样行，我必在你们身上报仇，然后才肯罢休。”

如果掌权者向你发怒，你不要离开原位，因为柔顺能免大过。

你的主耶和华，就是为自己的子民争辩的神，这样说：“看哪！我已经把那使人摇摇摆摆的杯，就是我烈怒的爵，从你的手里挪去了；你必不再喝这杯。我必把这杯放在那些苦待你的人的手里；他们曾对你说：‘你屈身俯伏，让我们走过去吧！’你就以你的背作陆地，作街道，任由他们踏过去。”

耶和华必像勇士出战，必像战士激动热心；他要呼喊，大声吶喊，要向仇敌显出自己的威猛。我已经很久缄默不言，闭口不语，但现在我要像待产的妇人一样呼喊，我要急速地喘气。我必使大山小山都变为荒场，使一切草木都枯干；我要使江河变为干地，使水池干涸。
