The angel answered me,“ These are the four winds of the sky, which go out from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

使者曰、此乃天之四風、侍於全地之主前、奉遣而出、

天使曰、此乃四天神、恆侍於天下之主側、今已出矣、

天使曰、此乃天之四風、風或作神靈曾侍立於普天下之主前、今已出矣、

The angel answered me,“ These are the four spirits of heaven, going out from standing in the presence of the Lord of the whole world.

The angel answered,“ The four spirits of heaven. They are going out to serve the Lord of the whole world.

And the angel answered and said to me,“ These are going out to the four winds of heaven, after presenting themselves before the Lord of all the earth.

The angel replied,“ These are the four spirits of heaven who stand before the Lord of all the earth. They are going out to do his work.

The angel told me,“ These are the four spirits of heaven going out after presenting themselves to the Lord of the whole earth.

The angel replied to me,“ These are the four spirits of heaven, going out after taking their stand before the Lord of all the earth,

And the angel answered and said to me,“ These are four spirits of heaven, who go out from their station before the Lord of all the earth.

And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four winds of heaven, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

The angel told me,“ These are the four spirits of heaven going out after presenting themselves to the Lord of the whole earth.

And the angel answered and said unto me, These[ are] the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

The messenger replied,“ These are the four spirits of heaven that have been presenting themselves before the Lord of all the earth.

Of the angels he says,“ He makes his angels winds, and his servants a flame of fire.”

He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.He makes his messengers winds, and his servants flames of fire.

The man who stood among the myrtle trees answered,“ They are the ones Yahweh has sent to go back and forth through the earth.”They reported to Yahweh’s angel who stood among the myrtle trees, and said,“ We have walked back and forth through the earth, and behold, all the earth is at rest and in peace.”

Aren’t they all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?

The angel answered him,“ I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God. I was sent to speak to you, and to bring you this good news.

Then the cherubim lifted up their wings, and the wheels were beside them. The glory of the God of Israel was over them above.

I looked, and behold, there were four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub. The appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone.As for their appearance, the four of them had one likeness, like a wheel within a wheel.When they went, they went in their four directions. They didn’t turn as they went, but to the place where the head looked they followed it. They didn’t turn as they went.Their whole body, including their backs, their hands, their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes all around, even the wheels that the four of them had.As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing,“ the whirling wheels”.Every one them had four faces. The first face was the face of the cherub. The second face was the face of a man. The third face was the face of a lion. The fourth was the face of an eagle.The cherubim mounted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.When the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also didn’t turn from beside them.When they stood, these stood. When they mounted up, these mounted up with them; for the spirit of the living creature was in them.Yahweh’s glory went out from over the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubim.The cherubim lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went out, with the wheels beside them. Then they stood at the door of the east gate of Yahweh’s house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.

A fiery stream issued and came out from before him. Thousands of thousands ministered to him. Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The judgment was set. The books were opened.

Daniel spoke and said,“ I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the sky broke out on the great sea.

I saw an angel flying in mid heaven, having an eternal Good News to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, tribe, language, and people.He said with a loud voice,“ Fear the Lord, and give him glory; for the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and the springs of waters!”Another, a second angel, followed, saying,“ Babylon the great has fallen, which has made all the nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her sexual immorality.”Another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a great voice,“ If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead, or on his hand,he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared unmixed in the cup of his anger. He will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.The smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever. They have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.Here is the perseverance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.”I heard a voice from heaven saying,“ Write,‘ Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’”“ Yes,” says the Spirit,“ that they may rest from their labors; for their works follow with them.”

Indeed, who despises the day of small things? For these seven shall rejoice, and shall see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. These are Yahweh’s eyes, which run back and forth through the whole earth.”

Now on the day when God’s sons came to present themselves before Yahweh, Satan also came among them.

Out of its center came the likeness of four living creatures. This was their appearance: They had the likeness of a man.Everyone had four faces, and each one of them had four wings.Their feet were straight feet. The sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf’s foot; and they sparkled like burnished bronze.They had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides. The four of them had their faces and their wings like this:Their wings were joined to one another. They didn’t turn when they went. Each one went straight forward.As for the likeness of their faces, they had the face of a man. The four of them had the face of a lion on the right side. The four of them had the face of an ox on the left side. The four of them also had the face of an eagle.Such were their faces. Their wings were spread out above. Two wings of each one touched another, and two covered their bodies.Each one went straight forward: where the spirit was to go, they went. They didn’t turn when they went.As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, like the appearance of torches. The fire went up and down among the living creatures. The fire was bright, and lightning went out of the fire.The living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.Now as I saw the living creatures, behold, there was one wheel on the earth beside the living creatures, for each of the four faces of it.The appearance of the wheels and their work was like a beryl. The four of them had one likeness. Their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel within a wheel.When they went, they went in their four directions. They didn’t turn when they went.As for their rims, they were high and dreadful; and the four of them had their rims full of eyes all around.When the living creatures went, the wheels went beside them. When the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.Wherever the spirit was to go, they went. The spirit was to go there. The wheels were lifted up beside them; for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.When those went, these went. When those stood, these stood. When those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up beside them; for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.Over the head of the living creature there was the likeness of an expanse, like an awesome crystal to look at, stretched out over their heads above.Under the expanse, their wings were straight, one toward the other. Each one had two which covered on this side, and each one had two which covered their bodies on that side.When they went, I heard the noise of their wings like the noise of great waters, like the voice of the Almighty, a noise of tumult like the noise of an army. When they stood, they let down their wings.There was a voice above the expanse that was over their heads. When they stood, they let down their wings.Above the expanse that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone. On the likeness of the throne was a likeness as the appearance of a man on it above.I saw as it were glowing metal, as the appearance of fire within it all around, from the appearance of his waist and upward; and from the appearance of his waist and downward I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and there was brightness around him.As the appearance of the rainbow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness all around. This was the appearance of the likeness of Yahweh’s glory. When I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of one that spoke.

Micaiah said,“ Therefore hear Yahweh’s word: I saw Yahweh sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing on his right hand and on his left.Yahweh said,‘ Who will entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth Gilead?’ One spoke saying in this way, and another saying in that way.

After this, I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, so that no wind would blow on the earth, or on the sea, or on any tree.

See that you don’t despise one of these little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

Then he said,“ These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

Micaiah said,“ Therefore hear Yahweh’s word. I saw Yahweh sitting on his throne, and all the army of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

Then he said to me,“ Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and tell the wind,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Come from the four winds, breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.”’”

The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands. The Lord is among them, from Sinai, into the sanctuary.

For your Maker is your husband; Yahweh of Armies is his name. The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer. He will be called the God of the whole earth.

lightning and hail, snow and clouds; stormy wind, fulfilling his word;

He said,“ Go out, and stand on the mountain before Yahweh.” Behold, Yahweh passed by, and a great and strong wind tore the mountains, and broke in pieces the rocks before Yahweh; but Yahweh was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake; but Yahweh was not in the earthquake.

He will send out his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together his chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Again, on the day when the God’s sons came to present themselves before Yahweh, Satan came also among them to present himself before Yahweh.Yahweh said to Satan,“ Where have you come from?” Satan answered Yahweh, and said,“ From going back and forth in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.”
