So he said,“ These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

曰、此乃二油人、侍於全地之主側也、

曰、此乃沐膏者二人、侍於天下之主側。

曰、此乃受膏者二人、侍於天下之主前、

So he said,“ These are the two who are anointed to serve the Lord of all the earth.”

So he told me,“ They are Zerubbabel and Joshua. The Lord of the whole earth has anointed them to serve him.”

Then he said,“ These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

Then he said to me,“ They represent the two anointed ones who stand in the court of the Lord of all the earth.”

“ These are the two anointed ones,” he said,“ who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

Then he said,“ These are the two anointed ones, who are standing by the Lord of the whole earth.”

So he said,“ These are the two anointed ones, who stand beside the Lord of the whole earth.”

Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

“ These are the two anointed ones,” he said,“ who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

Then said he, These[ are] the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

Then he said,“ These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.”

( These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.)

“ Seventy weeks have been determined concerning your people and your holy city to put an end to rebellion, to bring sin to completion, to atone for iniquity, to bring in perpetual righteousness, to seal up the prophetic vision, and to anoint a most holy place.So know and understand: From the issuing of the command to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until an anointed one, a prince arrives, there will be a period of seven weeks and sixty-two weeks. It will again be built, with plaza and moat, but in distressful times.Now after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one will be cut off and have nothing. As for the city and the sanctuary, the people of the coming prince will destroy them. But his end will come speedily like a flood. Until the end of the war that has been decreed there will be destruction.

Then Samuel took a small container of olive oil and poured it on Saul’s head. Samuel kissed him and said,“ The LORD has chosen you to lead his people Israel! You will rule over the LORD’s people and you will deliver them from the power of the enemies who surround them. This will be your sign that the LORD has chosen you as leader over his inheritance.

“ Get up and thresh, Daughter Zion! For I will give you iron horns; I will give you bronze hooves, and you will crush many nations.” You will devote to the LORD the spoils you take from them, and dedicate their wealth to the sovereign Ruler of the whole earth.

Next I saw Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, with Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him.The LORD said to Satan,“ May the LORD rebuke you, Satan! May the LORD, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Isn’t this man like a burning stick snatched from the fire?”Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood there before the angel.The angel spoke up to those standing all around,“ Remove his filthy clothes.” Then he said to Joshua,“ I have freely forgiven your iniquity and will dress you in fine clothing.”Then I spoke up,“ Let a clean turban be put on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the LORD stood nearby.Then the angel of the LORD exhorted Joshua solemnly:“ The LORD who rules over all says,‘ If you live and work according to my requirements, you will be able to preside over my temple and attend to my courtyards, and I will allow you to come and go among these others who are standing by you.

So Jesse had him brought in. Now he was ruddy, with attractive eyes and a handsome appearance. The LORD said,“ Go and anoint him. This is the one!”So Samuel took the horn full of olive oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers. The Spirit of the LORD rushed upon David from that day onward. Then Samuel got up and went to Ramah.

The LORD said to Samuel,“ How long do you intend to mourn for Saul? I have rejected him as king over Israel. Fill your horn with olive oil and go! I am sending you to Jesse in Bethlehem, for I have selected a king for myself from among his sons.”

and anoint them just as you anointed their father, so that they may minister as my priests; their anointing will make them a priesthood that will continue throughout their generations.”

You are to take the anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him.

The spirit of the sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has chosen me. He has commissioned me to encourage the poor, to help the brokenhearted, to decree the release of captives, and the freeing of prisoners,to announce the year when the LORD will show his favor, the day when our God will seek vengeance, to console all who mourn,to strengthen those who mourn in Zion, by giving them a turban, instead of ashes, oil symbolizing joy, instead of mourning, a garment symbolizing praise, instead of discouragement. They will be called oaks of righteousness, trees planted by the LORD to reveal his splendor.

When the feet of the priests carrying the ark of the LORD, the Ruler of the whole earth, touch the water of the Jordan, the water coming downstream toward you will stop flowing and pile up.”

The messenger replied,“ These are the four spirits of heaven that have been presenting themselves before the Lord of all the earth.

The angel answered him,“ I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.

I have discovered David, my servant. With my holy oil I have anointed him as king.

I will sing to my love– a song to my lover about his vineyard. My love had a vineyard on a fertile hill.

but of the Son he says,“ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and a righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom.You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. So God, your God, has anointed you over your companions with the oil of rejoicing.”

At that time the LORD set apart the tribe of Levi to carry the ark of the LORD’s covenant, to stand before the LORD to serve him, and to formulate blessings in his name, as they do to this very day.

“ I myself have installed my king on Zion, my holy hill.”

Elijah the Tishbite, from Tishbe in Gilead, said to Ahab,“ As certainly as the LORD God of Israel lives( whom I serve), there will be no dew or rain in the years ahead unless I give the command.”

“ A lion coming up from the thick undergrowth along the Jordan scatters the sheep in the pastureland around it. So too I will chase the Edomites off their land. Then I will appoint over it whomever I choose. For there is no one like me, and there is no one who can call me to account. There is no ruler who can stand up against me.

For your husband is the one who made you– the LORD who commands armies is his name. He is your protector, the Holy One of Israel. He is called“ God of the entire earth.”

The LORD makes this promise on oath and will not revoke it:“ You are an eternal priest after the pattern of Melchizedek.”

On the first day of the sixth month of King Darius’ second year, the LORD spoke this message through the prophet Haggai to Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to the high priest Joshua son of Jehozadak:The LORD who rules over all says this:“ These people have said,‘ The time for rebuilding the LORD’s temple has not yet come.’”So the LORD spoke through the prophet Haggai as follows:“ Is it right for you to live in richly paneled houses while my temple is in ruins?Here then is what the LORD who rules over all says:‘ Think carefully about what you are doing.You have planted much, but have harvested little. You eat, but are never filled. You drink, but are still thirsty. You put on clothes, but are not warm. Those who earn wages end up with holes in their money bags.’”“ Moreover, the LORD who rules over all says:‘ Pay close attention to these things also.Go up to the hill country and bring back timber to build the temple. Then I will be pleased and honored,’ says the LORD.‘ You expected a large harvest, but instead there was little, and when you brought it home it disappeared right away. Why?’ asks the LORD who rules over all.‘ Because my temple remains in ruins, thanks to each of you favoring his own house!This is why the sky has held back its dew and the earth its produce.Moreover, I have called for a drought that will affect the fields, the hill country, the grain, new wine, fresh olive oil, and everything that grows from the ground; it also will harm people, animals, and everything they produce.’”Then Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel and the high priest Joshua son of Jehozadak, along with the whole remnant of the people, obeyed the LORD their God. They responded favorably to the message of the prophet Haggai, who spoke just as the LORD their God had instructed him, and the people began to respect the LORD.

He then poured some of the anointing oil on the head of Aaron and anointed him to consecrate him.

Indeed, he will build the temple of the LORD, and he will be clothed in splendor, sitting as king on his throne. Moreover, there will be a priest with him on his throne and they will see eye to eye on everything.

Look! The ark of the covenant of the Ruler of the whole earth is ready to enter the Jordan ahead of you.

Now this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, met Abraham as he was returning from defeating the kings and blessed him.To him also Abraham apportioned a tithe of everything. His name first means king of righteousness, then king of Salem, that is, king of peace.
