Then the angel who talked with me returned and woke me up, like someone awakened from sleep.

At this I awoke and looked, and my sleep had been pleasant to me.

Now while he was talking with me, I was dazed with my face to the ground; but he touched me and made me stand at my place.

Then I said,“ What are these, my lord?” And the angel who was speaking with me said to me,“ I will show you what these are.”

So I said to the angel who was speaking with me,“ What are these?” And he said to me,“ These are the horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.”

Then he lay down and fell asleep under a broom tree; but behold, there was an angel touching him, and he said to him,“ Arise, eat!”And he looked, and behold, there was at his head a round loaf of bread baked on hot coals, and a pitcher of water. So he ate and drank, and lay down again.But the angel of the Lord came back a second time and touched him, and said,“ Arise, eat; because the journey is too long for you.”

Now Peter and his companions had been overcome with sleep; but when they were fully awake, they saw His glory and the two men who were standing with Him.

So I was left alone and saw this great vision; yet no strength was left in me, for my complexion turned to a deathly pallor, and I retained no strength.But I heard the sound of his words; and as soon as I heard the sound of his words, I fell into a deep sleep on my face, with my face to the ground.Then behold, a hand touched me and shook me on my hands and knees.

And behold, the angel who had been speaking with me was going out, and another angel was going out to meet him.

And the angel of the Lord admonished Joshua, saying,“ The Lord of armies says this:‘ If you walk in My ways and perform My service, then you will both govern My house and be in charge of My courtyards, and I will grant you free access among these who are standing here.

When He rose from prayer, He came to the disciples and found them sleeping from sorrow,and He said to them,“ Why are you sleeping? Get up and pray that you do not come into temptation.”

And the Lord responded to the angel who was speaking with me with gracious words, comforting words.
