and said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as villages without walls, by reason of the multitude of men and cattle therein.

對他說：「快跑去告訴那青年，『耶路撒冷必像沒有城牆限制的村莊，因為城中將有大量的人和牲畜。

對他說：“你快跑去告訴那年輕人：‘耶路撒冷必有人居住，像沒有城牆規限的田野，因為城中的人和牲畜很多。

對他說：『你跑去告訴那邊那青年人，說：『耶路撒冷準會有人居住，像無城牆的鄉村一樣，因為其中有人和牲口很多。

對他說：「你跑去告訴那少年人說：『耶路撒冷必像無城牆的村鎮那樣住人，因為其中的人和牲畜眾多。

謂之曰、爾其疾趨、語此少者曰、耶路撒冷將有居民、因人畜繁多、如無垣之村、

告之曰、疾趨以前、告此少者、曰、耶路撒冷居民、牲畜繁多、必恢廓其城、至於邑郊。

告之曰、爾趨告此少者曰、耶路撒冷居民及牲畜繁多、必無城郭、無異鄉村、

and said to him:“ Run, tell that young man,‘ Jerusalem will be a city without walls because of the great number of people and animals in it.

He said to him,“ Run! Tell that young man Zechariah,‘ Jerusalem will be a city that does not have any walls around it. It will have huge numbers of people and animals in it.

and said to him,“ Run, say to that young man,‘ Jerusalem shall be inhabited as villages without walls, because of the multitude of people and livestock in it.

The other angel said,“ Hurry, and say to that young man,‘ Jerusalem will someday be so full of people and livestock that there won’t be room enough for everyone! Many will live outside the city walls.

He said to him,“ Run and tell this young man: Jerusalem will be inhabited without walls because of the number of people and animals in it.”

And he said to him,“ Run, speak to that young man there, saying,‘ Jerusalem will be inhabited as open country because of the multitude of people and cattle within it.

who said to him,“ Run, speak to this young man, saying:‘ Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls, because of the multitude of men and livestock in it.

He said to him,“ Run and tell this young man: Jerusalem will be inhabited without walls because of the number of people and livestock in it.”

And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited[ as] towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:

and said to him,“ Hurry, speak to this young man as follows:‘ Jerusalem will no longer be enclosed by walls because of the multitude of people and animals there.

and said to him,“ Run, speak to this young man, saying,‘ Jerusalem will be inhabited as villages without walls, because of the multitude of men and livestock in it.

Cry yet again, saying, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: My cities shall yet overflow with prosperity; and Jehovah shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.

and thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates;

The children of thy bereavement shall yet say in thine ears, The place is too strait for me; give place to me that I may dwell.

In that day will I make the chieftains of Judah like a pan of fire among wood, and like a flaming torch among sheaves; and they shall devour all the peoples round about, on the right hand and on the left; and they of Jerusalem shall yet again dwell in their own place, even in Jerusalem.

and I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it; and the cities shall be inhabited, and the waste places shall be builded;and I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and be fruitful; and I will cause you to be inhabited after your former estate, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, every man with his staff in his hand for very age.And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.

Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.

A day for building thy walls! in that day shall the decree be far removed.

All the land shall be made like the Arabah, from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem; and she shall be lifted up, and shall dwell in her place, from Benjamin’s gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananel unto the king’s wine- presses.And men shall dwell therein, and there shall be no more curse; but Jerusalem shall dwell safely.

that confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith of Jerusalem, She shall be inhabited; and of the cities of Judah, They shall be built, and I will raise up the waste places thereof;

As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured; so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.

Thus saith Jehovah: Yet again there shall be heard in this place, whereof ye say, It is waste, without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast,the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that say, Give thanks to Jehovah of hosts, for Jehovah is good, for his lovingkindness endureth for ever; and of them that bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of Jehovah. For I will cause the captivity of the land to return as at the first, saith Jehovah.Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Yet again shall there be in this place, which is waste, without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.In the cities of the hill- country, in the cities of the lowland, and in the cities of the South, and in the land of Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, shall the flocks again pass under the hands of him that numbereth them, saith Jehovah.

Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tent that shall not be removed, the stakes whereof shall never be plucked up, neither shall any of the cords thereof be broken.

Thus saith Jehovah: Behold, I will turn again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have compassion on his dwelling- places; and the city shall be builded upon its own hill, and the palace shall be inhabited after its own manner.And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.

Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, that the city shall be built to Jehovah from the tower of Hananel unto the gate of the corner.And the measuring line shall go out further straight onward unto the hill Gareb, and shall turn about unto Goah.And the whole valley of the dead bodies and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto Jehovah; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.

And Judah and all the cities thereof shall dwell therein together, the husbandmen, and they that go about with flocks.

Then said I, Ah, Lord Jehovah! behold, I know not how to speak; for I am a child.

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an ensample to them that believe, in word, in manner of life, in love, in faith, in purity.

Now as for these four youths, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.
