‘ At that time many nations will join themselves to me. And they will become my people. I will live among you,’ says the Lord. Then you will know that the Lord who rules over all has sent me to you.

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come,and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say,‘ Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going.’And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.”This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say,‘ Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’”

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

“ Therefore I want you to know that God’s salvation has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen!”

I will surely raise my hand against them so that their slaves will plunder them. Then you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me.“ Shout and be glad, Daughter Zion. For I am coming, and I will live among you,” declares the Lord.

This is what the Lord says:“ The products of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush, and those tall Sabeans— they will come over to you and will be yours; they will trudge behind you, coming over to you in chains. They will bow down before you and plead with you, saying,‘ Surely God is with you, and there is no other; there is no other god.’”

May he rule from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.May the desert tribes bow before him and his enemies lick the dust.May the kings of Tarshish and of distant shores bring tribute to him. May the kings of Sheba and Seba present him gifts.May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him.

“‘ In that day each of you will invite your neighbor to sit under your vine and fig tree,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”

“ Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations.He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets.A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the islands will put their hope.”

In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing on the earth.The Lord Almighty will bless them, saying,“ Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance.”

“ When all this comes true— and it surely will— then they will know that a prophet has been among them.”

They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious.

Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.“ Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the hip.Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.Herds of camels will cover your land, young camels of Midian and Ephah. And all from Sheba will come, bearing gold and incense and proclaiming the praise of the Lord.All Kedar’s flocks will be gathered to you, the rams of Nebaioth will serve you; they will be accepted as offerings on my altar, and I will adorn my glorious temple.

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him,for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him— those who cannot keep themselves alive.Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord.

Lord, my strength and my fortress, my refuge in time of distress, to you the nations will come from the ends of the earth and say,“ Our ancestors possessed nothing but false gods, worthless idols that did them no good.

May his name endure forever; may it continue as long as the sun. Then all nations will be blessed through him, and they will call him blessed.

The Lord will lay bare his holy arm in the sight of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God.

that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.

This is what the Sovereign Lord says:“ See, I will beckon to the nations, I will lift up my banner to the peoples; they will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their hips.Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. They will bow down before you with their faces to the ground; they will lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am the Lord; those who hope in me will not be disappointed.”

My name will be great among the nations, from where the sun rises to where it sets. In every place incense and pure offerings will be brought to me, because my name will be great among the nations,” says the Lord Almighty.

Because of your temple at Jerusalem kings will bring you gifts.Rebuke the beast among the reeds, the herd of bulls among the calves of the nations. Humbled, may the beast bring bars of silver. Scatter the nations who delight in war.Envoys will come from Egypt; Cush will submit herself to God.

he says:“ It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.”This is what the Lord says— the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel— to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation, to the servant of rulers:“ Kings will see you and stand up, princes will see and bow down, because of the Lord, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.”

In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and all nations will stream to it.Many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.Come, descendants of Jacob, let us walk in the light of the Lord.

“ I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations— to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians( famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations.

“ Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me.

I in them and you in me— so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

The same law applies both to the native- born and to the foreigner residing among you.”
