The total weight of the silver articles was 60 pounds measured by the standard sanctuary shekel.

A clay pot in which the sin offering is boiled is to be broken; if it is boiled in a bronze vessel, it is to be scoured and rinsed with water.

Again, a second time, the voice said to him,“ What God has made clean, do not call impure.”

“ My name will be great among the nations, from the rising of the sun to its setting. Incense and pure offerings will be presented in my name in every place because my name will be great among the nations,” says the LORD of Armies.

Doing what is righteous and just is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.The lamp that guides the wicked— haughty eyes and an arrogant heart— is sin.

He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.

To the pure, everything is pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; in fact, both their mind and conscience are defiled.They claim to know God, but they deny him by their works. They are detestable, disobedient, and unfit for any good work.

The LORD will be terrifying to them when he starves all the gods of the earth. Then all the distant coasts and islands of the nations will bow in worship to him, each in its own place.
