It will be inhabited; never again will it be destroyed. Jerusalem will be secure.

People will live in it. Jerusalem will never be destroyed again. It will be secure.

And it shall be inhabited, for there shall never again be a decree of utter destruction. Jerusalem shall dwell in security.

And Jerusalem will be filled, safe at last, never again to be cursed and destroyed.

People will live there, and never again will there be a curse of complete destruction. So Jerusalem will dwell in security.

And he said to him,“ Run, speak to that young man there, saying,‘ Jerusalem will be inhabited as open country because of the multitude of people and cattle within it.

and I will bring them back and they will live in the midst of Jerusalem; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God in truth and righteousness.’

And I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them and multiply them, and set My sanctuary in their midst forever.

But Judah will be inhabited forever, And Jerusalem for all generations.

In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch of David sprout; and He shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth.In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety; and this is the name by which it will be called: the Lord is our righteousness.’

therefore, I will save My flock, and they will no longer be plunder; and I will judge between one sheep and another.“ Then I will appoint over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will feed them; he will feed them himself and be their shepherd.And I, the Lord, will be their God, and My servant David will be prince among them; I the Lord have spoken.“ And I will make a covenant of peace with them and eliminate harmful animals from the land, so that they may live securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.I will make them and the places around My hill a blessing. And I will make showers fall in their season; they will be showers of blessing.Also the tree of the field will yield its fruit and the earth will yield its produce, and they will be secure on their land. Then they will know that I am the Lord, when I have broken the bars of their yoke and have saved them from the hand of those who enslaved them.They will no longer be plunder to the nations, and the animals of the earth will not devour them; but they will live securely, and no one will make them afraid.I will establish for them a renowned planting place, and they will not again be victims of famine in the land, and they will not endure the insults of the nations anymore.

“ For just as the new heavens and the new earth, Which I make, will endure before Me,” declares the Lord,“ So will your descendants and your name endure.

The Lord of armies says this:‘ Old men and old women will again sit in the public squares of Jerusalem, each person with his staff in his hand because of age.

On that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah:“ We have a strong city; He sets up walls and ramparts for security.

I will also plant them on their land, And they will not be uprooted again from their land Which I have given them,” Says the Lord your God.

and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”

Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, Dwelling on Zion, My holy mountain. So Jerusalem will be holy, And strangers will no longer pass through it.

Violence will not be heard again in your land, Nor devastation or destruction within your borders; But you will call your walls salvation, and your gates praise.

And the entire valley of the dead bodies and of the ashes, and all the fields as far as the brook Kidron to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be holy to the Lord; it will not be uprooted or overthrown ever again.”

The Lord heard the voice of Israel and turned over the Canaanites; then they utterly destroyed them and their cities. And the place was named Hormah.
