有人對他說：『你兩手臂間是甚麼傷呢？』他說：『這是我在親友家中所受的傷。』」

必有人问他说：‘你两臂中间是什么伤呢？’他必回答说：‘这是我在亲友家中所受的伤。’”

有人对他说：‘你两手臂间是什么伤呢？’他说：‘这是我在亲友家中所受的伤。’”

有人对他说：‘你两手臂间是什么伤呢？’他说：‘这是我在亲友家中所受的伤。’”

若有人问他，‘你胸口上的伤是怎么回事？’他必回答说，‘是在我朋友家弄伤的。’”

如果有人问他：‘怎么在你胸口上（“胸口上”原文作“两手之间”）有这些伤痕呢？’他就必回答：‘这些是在爱我的人家里所受的伤。’

必有人問他說：『你兩臂中間是甚麼傷呢？』他必回答說：『這是我在親友家中所受的傷。』」

有人對他說：『你兩手臂間是甚麼傷呢？』他說：『這是我在親友家中所受的傷。』」

若有人問他，『你胸口上的傷是怎麼回事？』他必回答說，『是在我朋友家弄傷的。』」

如果有人問他：‘怎麼在你胸口上（“胸口上”原文作“兩手之間”）有這些傷痕呢？’他就必回答：‘這些是在愛我的人家裡所受的傷。’

若有人問他說：「你背脊上這些傷痕是甚麼創傷呢？」他就必回答說：「我受擊打的創傷是在我親友家裏得來的。」』

如果有人問他：『你兩臂之間的這些是什麼傷呢？』他會回答：『這些是在愛我之人的家裡所受的擊打傷。』」

或謂之曰、爾兩肩之間何傷也、曰、我在友人之家、所受之傷也、○

人詰之曰爾手何為被傷、曰、我昔在友人之舍、而受斯傷。

如人問之曰、爾手之傷、自何而有、必曰、此我在親友家所受之傷、或作如人問之曰爾兩手間何為有傷痕必曰我昔在親友家曾受傷也

If someone asks,‘ What are these wounds on your body?’ they will answer,‘ The wounds I was given at the house of my friends.’

Suppose someone asks,‘ What are these wounds on your body?’ Then they will answer,‘ I was given these wounds at the house of my friends.’

And if one asks him,‘ What are these wounds on your back?’ he will say,‘ The wounds I received in the house of my friends.’

And if someone asks,‘ Then what about those wounds on your chest?’ he will say,‘ I was wounded at my friends’ house!’

If someone asks him,‘ What are these wounds on your chest?’— then he will answer,‘ I received the wounds in the house of my friends.’

And someone will say to him,‘ What are these wounds between your arms?’ Then he will say,‘ Those with which I was wounded at the house of my friends.’

And one will say to him,‘ What are these wounds between your arms?’ Then he will answer,‘ Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.’

And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds between thine arms? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.

If someone asks him: What are these wounds on your chest?— then he will answer: I received the wounds in the house of my friends.

And[ one] shall say unto him, What[ are] these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer,[ Those] with which I was wounded[ in] the house of my friends.

Then someone will ask him,‘ What are these wounds on your chest?’ and he will answer,‘ Some that I received in the house of my friends.’

One will say to him,‘ What are these wounds between your arms?’ Then he will answer,‘ Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.’

彼拉多回答：「難道我是猶太人嗎？你的同胞和祭司長把你交給我。你做了甚麼事呢？」

當面的責備勝過隱藏的愛情。朋友加的傷痕出於忠誠；敵人的親吻卻是多餘。

那日是逾越節的預備日，約在正午。彼拉多對猶太人說：「看哪，你們的王！」他們就喊着：「除掉他！除掉他！把他釘十字架！」彼拉多對他們說：「要我把你們的王釘十字架嗎？」祭司長回答：「除了凱撒，我們沒有王。」於是彼拉多把耶穌交給他們去釘十字架。他們就把耶穌帶了去。

犬類圍着我，惡黨環繞我；他們扎了我的手、我的腳。

使他們受痛苦的煙往上冒，直到永永遠遠。那些拜獸和獸像，受了牠名字的印記的人，晝夜不得安寧。」

牠又使眾人，無論大小、貧富，自主的、為奴的，都在右手上，或是在額上，打一個印記；這樣，除了那有印記，有獸的名或有獸名數字的，都不得買或賣。

他們大聲求告，按着他們的儀式，用刀槍刺割自己，直到渾身流血。
