And the Lord said to me,“ Throw it to the potter”— this magnificent sum at which they valued me! So I took the thirty coins and threw them to the potter in the Temple of the Lord.

耶和华吩咐我说：“要把众人所估定美好的价值丢给窑户。”我便将这三十块钱，在耶和华的殿中丢给窑户了。

耶和华对我说：“把它丢给窑户。那是他们对我所估定的好价钱！”我就取这三十块银钱，在耶和华的殿中将它丢给窑户。

耶和華對我說：「你要把那銀子丟給陶匠。」那銀子就是他們給我估定的高價。我就拿了那三十塊銀子，在耶和華的殿中丟給了陶匠。

耶和華謂我曰、以彼估我之嘉值、擲於陶人、我則取其銀三十、擲於陶人、在耶和華之室、

耶和華告我曰、爾傭於人、其價何廉、委之於陶人可也、我遂取三十金、擲於耶和華殿、以為陶人所得。

主諭我曰、爾將以色列人所估我之值、所估我之值或作所估以予我之值以為昂貴之值、或作主諭我曰爾將此銀即以色列人所估我值昂貴之銀擲於府庫、擲於府庫或作委於陶人我遂取其銀三十舍客勒、擲於主殿之府庫、擲於主殿之府庫或作擲於主之殿歸於陶人

And the Lord said to me,“ Throw it to the potter”— the handsome price at which they valued me! So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them to the potter at the house of the Lord.

The Lord said to me,“ Throw those coins to the potter.” That amount shows how little they valued me! So I threw the 30 silver coins to the potter at the Lord’ s temple.

Then the Lord said to me,“ Throw it to the potter”— the lordly price at which I was priced by them. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the Lord, to the potter.

“ Throw it to the potter,” the LORD said to me— this magnificent price I was valued by them. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw it into the house of the LORD, to the potter.

Then the Lord said to me,“ Throw it to the potter, that magnificent price at which I was valued by them.” So I took the thirty shekels of silver and threw them to the potter in the house of the Lord.

And the Lord said to me,“ Throw it to the potter”— that princely price they set on me. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the Lord for the potter.

And Jehovah said unto me, Cast it unto the potter, the goodly price that I was prized at by them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them unto the potter, in the house of Jehovah.

“ Throw it to the potter,” the Lord said to me— this magnificent price I was valued by them. So I took the 30 pieces of silver and threw it into the house of the Lord, to the potter.

And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty[ pieces] of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.

The LORD then said to me,“ Throw to the potter that exorbitant sum at which they valued me!” So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them to the potter at the temple of the LORD.

Yahweh said to me,“ Throw it to the potter, the handsome price that I was valued at by them!” I took the thirty pieces of silver, and threw them to the potter, in Yahweh’s house.

When Judas, who had betrayed him, realized that Jesus had been condemned to die, he was filled with remorse. So he took the thirty pieces of silver back to the leading priests and the elders.“ I have sinned,” he declared,“ for I have betrayed an innocent man.”“ What do we care?” they retorted.“ That’s your problem.”Then Judas threw the silver coins down in the Temple and went out and hanged himself.The leading priests picked up the coins.“ It wouldn’t be right to put this money in the Temple treasury,” they said,“ since it was payment for murder.”After some discussion they finally decided to buy the potter’s field, and they made it into a cemetery for foreigners.That is why the field is still called the Field of Blood.This fulfilled the prophecy of Jeremiah that says,“ They took the thirty pieces of silver— the price at which he was valued by the people of Israel,and purchased the potter’s field, as the Lord directed.”

( Judas had bought a field with the money he received for his treachery. Falling headfirst there, his body split open, spilling out all his intestines.The news of his death spread to all the people of Jerusalem, and they gave the place the Aramaic name Akeldama, which means“ Field of Blood.”)

My servant grew up in the Lord’s presence like a tender green shoot, like a root in dry ground. There was nothing beautiful or majestic about his appearance, nothing to attract us to him.He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care.

But when the leading priests and the elders made their accusations against him, Jesus remained silent.

For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says,‘ The stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’

“ For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with great compassion I will take you back.In a burst of anger I turned my face away for a little while. But with everlasting love I will have compassion on you,” says the Lord, your Redeemer.“ Just as I swore in the time of Noah that I would never again let a flood cover the earth, so now I swear that I will never again be angry and punish you.For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then my faithful love for you will remain. My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you.
