由潔者視之、凡物皆潔；若由不潔不信者視之、則萬物皆污、實則其心地自不淨耳。

To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.

To people who are pure, all things are pure. But to those who have twisted minds and don’t believe, nothing is pure. In fact, their minds and their sense of what is right and wrong are twisted.

我凭着主耶稣确知深信，凡物本来没有不洁净的，除非人以为不洁净的，在他就不洁净了。

不可因食物毁坏上帝的工作。一切都是洁净的，但有人因食物使人跌倒，这在他就是恶了。

“凡事都可行”，但不都有益处；“凡事都可行”，但不都造就人。

他们禁止嫁娶，又禁戒食物—就是上帝所造、让那信而明白真理的人存感谢的心领受的。上帝所造之物样样都是好的，若存感谢的心领受，没有一样是不可吃的，

若有人疑惑而吃的，就被定罪，因为他吃不是出于信心。凡不出于信心的都是罪。

“凡事我都可行”，但不是凡事都有益处。“凡事我都可行”，但无论哪一件，我都不受它的辖制。“食物是为肚腹，肚腹是为食物”；但上帝要使这两样都毁坏。身体不是为淫乱，而是为主；主也是为身体。

主对他说：“如今你们法利赛人洗净杯盘的外面，你们里面却满了贪婪和邪恶。无知的人哪！造外面的，不也造了里面吗？只要把杯盘里面的施舍给人，对你们来说一切就都洁净了。

然而口里出来的是出于心里，这才玷污人。

所以，你们或吃或喝，无论做什么，都要为荣耀上帝而做。

第二次有声音再对他说：“上帝所洁净的，你不可当作污俗的。”

可是，不是人人都有这知识。有人到现在因拜惯了偶像，仍以为所吃的是祭过偶像的食物；既然他们的良心软弱，也就污秽了。

凡市场上所卖的，你们只管吃，不要为良心的缘故问什么，

哈该又说：“若有人因摸尸体染了不洁净，然后接触任何东西，这东西就变为不洁净吗？”祭司回答说：“必不洁净。”

何况基督的血，他藉着永远的灵把自己无瑕疵地献给上帝，更能洗净我们的良心，除去致死的行为，好事奉那位永生的上帝。

那么，我们该用诚心和充足的信心，同已蒙洁净、无亏的良心，和清水洗净了的身体来亲近上帝。

和心术不正与丧失真理的人不停地争吵，以敬虔为得利的门路。

“你要向这地全体百姓和祭司说：‘你们这七十年来，在五月、七月禁食悲哀，岂是真的向我禁食吗？你们吃喝，不是为自己吃，为自己喝吗？

眼高心傲，就是恶人的灯，都是罪。

所以，任何不按规矩吃了主的饼，喝了主的杯，就是干犯主的身体和主的血了。人应该省察自己，然后吃这饼，喝这杯。因为人吃喝，若不分辨是主的身体，他的吃喝就是定自己的罪了。
